Capítulo 93: The Future Queen

Not many women can boast of having a queen as a maid. And certainly, fewer had the honor of being pampered by one. Hope was sitting on the sumptuous bed in her former room in the Golden Draconian Palace, and Ayala was squatting in the middle of the bed, where she stood on her knees braiding Hope's hair.

Hope closed her eyes and relaxed as the future queen caressed her hair and scalp. Following Wrenn's death and the installation of Terix as king, the climate in the palace appeared to have shifted dramatically. Everything smelled better, and the air seemed fresher.

Hope took a deep breath and reveled in her newfound tranquillity. She couldn't help but be taken aback. "I never expected to be arranged by a queen! I am curious whether queens have mistresses."
