[Renner Studios]
There were multiple agents of actors waiting outside the office room of Raelynn, who was directing the movie—Real Estate.
Along with him, there were three other co-directors, John, Will, and Gar respectively.
After lots of discussions, it was decided that Ian would invest 200 million dollars in Real Estate. It was after Keanu accepted the suggestions the directors requested. On the other hand, Paul, who was the financial head kept telling Ian continuously that if something happens, Ian would be taking a big flop.
But Ian had only one answer, and that was that he was ready to put his trust in Keanu, Raelynn, and the team. Thus, the main reason Will, Gar, and John worked on the project was that Ian had lots of expectations for the movie.
Harley Jonathan, who was the agent of Bella Ronin, an A-listed actress, walked inside the office.
"Good morning, Mr. Renner, how have you been?" He asked with a polite look on his face. Raelynn straight away noticed that the look he gave was the most normal look that he'd give to any business meeting.
"Bella Ronin is ready to take the contract."
Harley said, and as soon as he said it, Raelynn smiled.
"Good. We'll-"
"For 25 million."
Raelynn's eyebrows raised.
"It's a fair price, but to our budget, we settled on 20 million for both our leads. How about-"
"Twenty-five million, Ms. Sawyer. I'm sure you can make a few calls and reach our request."
Raelynn immediately felt disrespected by how Harley was addressing her. First and foremost, the man wasn't even letting Rae finish her sentences. But on the other hand, the lead was someone who the entire director panel liked. Especially considering the brilliant performance done by Bella in her latest movie, which hit the top ten within two days of release.
Raelynn quickly covered her expression with a pleasant smile. It was fake, but it was there.
"Sir, you're aware that I'm just a director right? Mr. Harley Jonathan? I'm sorry but you'd have to take your requests to the producer yourself…"
Harley looked as if he was used to getting these sorts of replies for such requests. After all, there was a reason why Bella was on top of the industry. And among so many reasons, Bella proudly presents her agent, even in interviews. Now that it's clear, the agent deserves all the awards she has been getting.
"Oh, I'm sure you can do something, here I've got this contract you can refer to," Harley said and extended the piece of paper he had.
When Raelynn extended her hand to receive the paper. While her fingers were touching the paper, the man's fingers touched hers. As an automatic reaction, she quickly took the paper and adjusted herself in her seat.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to," Harley said with an apologetic smile. Raelynn nodded without saying anything more.
"It's alright-"
"However, you're so pretty."
"Excuse me?"
"You heard me. I know men like Ian. No disrespect, but we're not getting the project. So, I guess, I might as well say aloud my thoughts about you. Your lips are just-"
"Shut the fuck up."
Raelynn stood up and showed her palm as a gesture for him to stop talking.
"See ya then!"
The man who was shameless enough to pull a stunt like that walked out of the room without saying anything more.

Ian waited outside for the assistant of the man he was about to meet. Ian had a swirl of emotions going through his body, but he was excited.
"Mr. Renner, you may come inside, this way please."
The woman walked in front as she guided the way he should be going. Ian followed her as he knew she'd take him right where he wanted.
"Please go in, Mr. Crutchfield is waiting for you."
Ian nodded and walked in.
Brad Crutchfield; his name was written on the door on a shiny silver board—in black letters.
Ian walked inside and met with the man of the day,
"Brad, good to see you again," Ian said politely, returning the same gesture and the tone the businessman in front of him did.
Brad stood up and shook hands with Ian.
At a party that was held months prior, Brad requested something from Ian. Something Ian didn't even think to consider before the request Brad made.
But now, multiple projects were under him, yet responsible people were putting so much effort into what they do. Real Estate was being directed by Raelynn and three other directors, which Ian believed would become a masterpiece once it's out in theatres. His other projects such as the OTT platform, and creating the video game with Feazel gaming for Resident Evil were too under specialists of their own industries.
For Ian, he had some time after all the time and effort he spent in Inception. Therefore, without making a movie right away without seeing the final product of Inception, he finally gave a chance to what he was thinking about, ever since the first time he met Brad Crutchfield.
"How have you been, Ian? Lastly we met at the party, and I honestly thought that our meeting was for nothing."
Brad said with a smile, and then asked again, "Tea or coffee?"
Ian nodded, "A coffee would be great. Thank you."
"Please bring a coffee and tea, thanks," Brad said through the intercom.
"Thanks, and no, I wanted some time to move on with my projects, and here I am, with great news."
"So, you're going to take the lead?"
Ian nodded. "If it's available, I can pitch in for an audition. Talk to the directors and see where it goes."
Brad nodded. "There's another guy in our mind for the role. So, of course, there'd be an audition. When I didn't hear from you for months, I gave up mentally and was ready to move on with our next best."
"I'm pretty sure people will be quite thrilled to see me doing a role as this is the first time," Ian mentioned again as he knew that the same fact would be a positive advantage for him.
"Yes, I have got that in my mind as well. But truly, it's a matter of talent and opportunity. We'll talk to you as soon as possible concerning the audition. Until then, would you like to talk about the theme and the premise of the movie?"
Brad asked and extended a file. Ian was sure that it was composed of an NDA.
Ian took it and opened it.

[Feazel Gaming]
Months have passed since the last time Ian visited the company and addressed how he thought the characters would come out.
To make it much easier Ian handed over the character arts to the company thinking that they'd make the characters based on his imagination. But, on the last review day, Ian was quite disappointed by how everything came together, so during the meeting, he once again showed the designs and the directions on how to go with the character.
Ian walked inside the office of Jamie Campsie, the designer who was in charge of Resident Evil.
As he walked inside, he saw the blonde man sitting and sliding from left to right in his chair, with his electronic pencil in hand.
"Good to see you, Ian!"
The man lifted his eyes off the screen.
"How is it going?" Ian asked back.
For the day, this was his second meeting. He felt tired, but he had no choice as everything was already planned beforehand.
"Ah yes yes! I was just looking at it and thinking about the changes! But I've been struggling with Jill Valentine!"
Jamie said with much enthusiasm.
Ian immediately got curious about what it could be. It had been several months already since he started to plan about releasing the Resident Evil video game. Since nothing was perfectly 'set' for his choice, he didn't go ahead or think ahead about marketing.
"Can I see?"
"Of course, please, sit."
As soon as Ian sat in front of him, Jamie pushed forward the tablet for Ian to be able to see them.
Ian's gaze touched the pictures of the characters, and immediately, he fell in love with them. He couldn't express it, but the character images were better than he had imagined. It was clear that Jamie took inspiration from the movie Renner Studio produced, nevertheless, it was amazing
Ian smiled. "This is amazing, I like every bit of it."
"Are you serious? You're not joking?!" Jamie's eyes widened in surprise. "I'm shocked. I couldn't sleep last night knowing it was today."
Ian smiled and said nothing.
A comfortable silence spread between the two men, then Ian decided to break the silence.
"I'm going to meet with the developers now. It's the next important thing, and my bet is that they should be done by now."
"Okay, also, did you know someone named Leonardo DiCaprio? The chef?"
A frown appeared on Ian's face thinking about what he possibly was on about.
