The first class in the afternoon was Potions!
Kael arrived at the classroom early!
After the two painful lessons in the morning, he had reflected deeply on his mistakes!
He was determined not to get kicked out of another class during Potions!
This class was still a joint session for Slytherins and Gryffindors.
In the corner of the classroom, Harry Potter and Ron Weasley were whispering to each other.
"Snape is the head of Slytherin House. George told me he always favors his own students."

Ron was about to repeat himself when the classroom door suddenly swung open.
Professor Snape entered with a scowl.
"Silence, and put away your wands!"
"Listen up!"
"You are here to learn the precise science and exact art of potion-making."
"As there will be no foolish wand-waving here, many of you will hardly believe this is magic."
"I do not expect you to really understand the subtle science and exact art that is potion-making."
"You won't truly appreciate the simmering cauldron with its shimmering fumes, the delicate power of liquids that can creep through human veins, bewitching the mind, ensnaring the senses..."
"I can teach you how to bottle fame, brew glory, and even put a stopper in death!"
"But there is one condition—you must not be the dunderheads I usually have to teach."
Snape's opening speech sent a chill through the little wizards, making them shrink like quails.
No one dared to say a word.
After speaking, Snape picked up the class roster.
He paused at Harry Potter's name.
"Oh, look!"
"There's a celebrity among us this year!"
"Potter, what would I get if I added powdered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood?"
"Huh?"
Caught off guard, Harry was bewildered.
"I don't know, sir…"

"I suppose you didn't bother to read your textbook before coming here, did you, Potter?"
Snape's tone was sharp and relentless.
The classroom erupted in laughter.
