Capítulo 44: Chapter 58: In Love?

It's only after Alex talked to his retired parents that he realised he had strong feelings for Narla and those feelings were so strong that he managed to keep everything to do with the underworld away from her. His possessiveness over her grew everyday that he got to see her, he got so possessive that he started to tell her what she can and cannot wear. Narla had no idea why he was so possessive but she thought it was because he's her boss and as her boss it's his job to worry about her wellbeing as his personal assistant. After two weeks of being told what to wear Narla confronted her boss after telling him about the charity event which he had to go to, at first he didn't answer but when he did he said "I'll go to the event if you come as my plus one and I'll tell you why once the event is over." Seeing as he made sense she agreed and sorted out another invitation for herself, at the end if the day Alex gave Narla a box and said "Wear this for the event tonight, I'll pick you up at around half six " then he walked off. Narla rushed home to get ready and exactly at quater past six she was ready and Alex turned up on time at half six, with a white Lincoln Limosuine which drove them to the event fill of reporters. After facing the reporters they went inside where Alex was immediately dragged away from Narla by business partners, but he kept an eye on her as she made her way to the bar and got a drink. After seeing a drunk man make his way over to her Alex excused himself and got to Narla before the drunk man could, he led her outside with their glasses in his hand but as soon as they got outside Narla shivered from the cold. Alex took off his suit jacket and laid it gently on her shoulders to make sure she was warm and said "I've been telling you what to wear for two weeks because I have feelings for you and I want to know how far this can go. So will you do me the honours of becoming my girlfriend?" Narla gasped before throwing her arms around his neck before kissing his cheek whilst saying "Yes" They then went back to the party and did not leave each other's sides as they did not want to loose one another in the crowd.
