Capítulo 20: Chapter 20 (She’s Back)
"I killed someone, he was going to rape me and I killed him!" I mumbled up at him. Ascelin hands quickly dropped from me as I watched him slowly back away, "Ascelin?"
"Where was Sydney?" He asked and I could feel him getting angry.
"I don't want to talk about it if you're going to get angry," I mumbled walking away.
"I'm trying not to get angry, but Sydney had one job and that was to keep you...why wasn't I aware of this?" Ascelin asked walking pass me towards the door.
"Where are you going?" I asked.
"To find Sydney! I need to speak with her!" Ascelin snapped and that when I start to get scared for Sydney because right now it looks like Ascelin wants to kill her.
"Wait, Stop!" I asked grabbing his arm and pulled him back, "just let this go!"
"Let this...let this go? Are you serious?" He asked walking towards me making me walk back from him, "no one was suppose to lay a finger on, Rose!"
"Well, how was I suppose to know that at the time, I thought I was just an ordinary human, who just was at the wrong place at the wrong time," I said glancing up at him, "just let this go, please, I put this behind me."
"Now that I'm here, I promise no one will be able to lay a finger on you!" Ascelin said cuffing my face between his hands.
"You're overly protective!" I mumbled and he smiled.
"You used to be overly protective of me when you were a vampire," he said rubbing my cheek and I can just feel that he wish that I'm back into my vampire form to obtain my memories because that when him and I knew each other best and I just feel that he wants that complete love back.
"That sounds like me!" I said, "but are you going to tell me who this Armelle is?"
"A friend, a good friend..." Ascelin said.
"Ascelin!"
"Fine, in the past we sometimes kiss and uhm...we slept in the same bed together..." Ascelin said rubbing the back of his neck nervous.
"Just slept?" I asked raising my eyebrow.
"I was telling the truth when I said I never was intimate with anyone, but you?" Ascelin said.
"So you just kiss her from time to time and occasionally share a bed together? Were you naked or clothed?"
"Noelia!" Ascelin gasped and I shook my head.
"I'm assuming both and I know for one thing, that women don't just kiss a guy to just kiss them. They kiss a guy because they find them attractive and likes them, even though you probably made it clear that you don't like her in that way. You still entertained it, making her fall even more in love with you," I said running my hands through my hair frustrated, "did you tell her about me...well that you already was in love with someone else."
"Yes!" He said.
"Then you better hope that she doesn't find out about me before I turn back into a vampire because she'll kill me for you!" I said running my hands through his hair making him frown.
"She wouldn't do that..." Ascelin said.
"I would!" I said, "you will do anything for the people you love."
"She's not going to hurt you!" Ascelin said picking me up to set me on his desk.
"What, you're going to stop her?" I asked glancing up at him.
"No, you will!" He said rubbing my bottom lip and I look up at him confused.
"Ascelin...ummm!" I muffled when his lips found mine.
"I just can't wait to have all of my Noelia Rose back!" He said.
(20 hours later)
"I can sense Armelle already, so she must be close!" Lola said as everyone watched her set up the area of where I'm suppose to lay. She made a big circle with what looks like sand, but I don't know what the shit was.
"How close?" Zero asked.
"About roughly ten hours away, which means I need to start this spell now," Lola said glancing over at me, "lay down in the middle of the circle."
"I have one question. What if you don't finish in time and something bad happens?" I asked.
"Don't worry, I always prepare a plan B," she said.
"But what if plan..."
"Then I have a plan C, D, E, and F!"
"Ok!" I said taking a deep breath before walking over to the circle and lay down in the middle of it.
"Great, now everyone out!" Lola said clapping her hands before shewing everyone to the door.
"But I want to watch this!" Jarmee and Violet pout together and I rolled my eyes.
"I don't need any distraction!" She said pushing everyone to the door, but Ascelin.
"Why aren't you kicking out Ascelin....." Jarmee started but the way he quickly shut up and the look of fear ran across his face, I assume that Ascelin send him the most deadliest look ever, "never mind, I'm sorry, Lord Ascelin."
"Just get out of here!" Ascelin order making everyone scram out the room before walking over to me, "just one last kiss in your human form before I get my vampire back." I lift up to press my lips against his giving him a soft sweet kiss.
"If I hear that you let this Armelle girl kiss you on the lips like she's your good friend, I'll kill her then beat your ass, got me," I said looking straight in his eyes.
"Ok!" Ascelin said before standing up and walked out the room.
"I must say, you guys are really cute together. I wonder how cute you guys will be after you turn into a vampire," Lola gushed walking over to a table to grab a small basket before coming over to me, "Ascelin and the rest of them are the good guys, us, witches, love them."
"Why?" I asked as I watch her place weird looking things around me in certain places.
"Because they follow the rules," Lola said.
"Oh!"
"Ok, let's get start," Lola said pulling out a dagger to cut her hand, "here cut yours, I need some of your blood."
"Uhhh.....ok!" I said grabbing the dagger to cut my hand. Lola then grab my hand, putting it over hers letting some of my blood drop into her hand, "what now?"
"Oh..." Lola said crushing up what look like dried up leaves unto her hands before chanting something in another language closing her hand, "your going to sleep." Before blowing whatever she made with our blood in my face and before I could scream gross, I pass out on the floor.
(Third POV)
"I must say, she is pretty cute," Lola said dragging an unconscious Noelia to her spot. Lola quickly got everything she need in place before beginning the spell.
When the spell was completely chanted, Lola grabbed a bucket of roses and start laying the roses outside the circle all the way around.
"She faster than I give her credit, but lucky I moved on to plan B already or we would've been toast. Hope these roses speed up the process." Lola said.
"What shall we do, Lord Ascelin?" Zero said as the all was gathered in Ascelin office.
"I'll handle Armelle. I want you guys to leave and scout the area. Check and see if Armelle brought anyone with her."
"But what about Noelia?" Sydney asked.
"Don't worry, she will be able to take care of herself. I just don't need anyone else getting in the way." Ascelin said stand up from his chair, "dismissed!"
"Yes! Sir!" They all said before leaving the room.
(3 hours later)
"Where did I put it? Where did I put....Shit!" Ascelin said walking out his private room to see Armelle sitting in his chair with her legs crossed on his desk.
"Hey, Baby!"
"Damn, Armelle!" Ascelin said glancing at a beautiful woman with long straight red hair and pale skin, "at least make a sound or something..."
"Long time no see!" Armelle said coldly before pulling a paper from her bra turns out to be Noelia pictures. She toss it onto the table before giving a wicked smile, "So I heard that you found your lover.... I can't wait to meet the bitch that stole your heart."
"And what are you going to do, Armelle?" Ascelin said unbuttoning the cuffs of his shirt before twisting it up a little, "we never were a thing and we will never be a thing."
"That's because all you can think about is this bitch for years, who the hell is she?" She said
"None of your business, I don't owe you anything and she has nothing to do with you. So why don't you leave...."
"Nice try! Now where is she!" Armelle said getting up leaving the room.
"Shit!" Ascelin mumbled before falling behind her.
"Fuck, she's here!" Lola putting up a barrier around Noelia before running over to the table to grab a knife that she prepared. The next second there was a loud bang as the wall to the basement exploded. Smoke filled up the room as Armelle walked in.
"Hey, Lola!" Armelle smiled at Lola direction before walking straight towards Noelia.
"Armelle, stop!" Ascelin said running inside the room.
"Ohh...she's quite pretty," Armelle said coming up to the barrier.
"Damn Armelle, didn't Ascelin call it quits with you a long time ago?" Lola asked walking towards Ascelin.
"It's not like we were dating or anything..." Armelle said shrugging her shoulders nonchalantly.
"Then why are you here?" Lola said giving Ascelin a look before looking at the dagger in her hand. Ascelin look at the dagger then back at Lola confused wondering why she has a weapon out in the open, specially a weapon Armelle can use.
"If he can't be mine then he can't be hers either."
"Why is every psycho bitch like that?" Lola asked.
"Don't ask me...." Ascelin said as Lola came to stand beside him.
"Whatever happens, let it happen!" Lola mumbled.
"This is so weak, Lola!" Armelle yawned breaking the barrier so easy, "I see your still weak as hell."
"You know what, Armelle, how about you run into this," Lola said holding out the dagger in front of her.
"I would love to but I would rather use that..." Armelle said taking the knife from, teleporting the dagger to her, before grabbing it and plunging the dagger into Noelia's heart.
"Armelle, No!" Ascelin said running over towards them. Armelle look down at the blood oozing out of Noelia before laughing.
"Now that she's out the way we can finally be together," Armelle said jumping into Ascelin arms kissing his lips.
"Uhm!"
'Raise!'
Ascelin felt someone present beside him as the yank Armelle off of him before raising her up in the air by her neck.
"Didn't I tell you not to let anyone kiss you!" Noelia hissed.
"What the f...." Ascelin said looking at his Rose. From power that was raiding from her, Ascelin knew that he finally have his full Rose again.
"Let go of me!" Armelle gasped out.
"How you trying to kill someone when they unconscious?" Rose said dropping Armelle to the ground before taking out the dagger in her chest, "but you definitely got tricked by Lola, can't believe you didn't feel the magic coming from this dagger."
"What?" Armelle said standing up looking over at Lola, "what bullshit did you pull."
"A very complicated one, and I can't believe you fell for it," Lola said snapping her fingers making all her stuff disappear in an instant, "the revival spell, learn that sucker before you can walk, but hard to execute. Find a little tip in order for the spell to be cast successfully, but I'm definitely not giving that away. I see that my job her is done, Bye!"
"Wait....." Armelle yelled but Lola was already gone.
"Back to business, since you want to kill me. How about a fair fight?" Noelia said facing Armelle, "I'm ready, when you're ready."
"Tsk..." Armelle growled clenching her fist. She wasn't prepared for any of this and as much as she doesn't want to admit, she is far weaker than Noelia at this morning.
"My Lord, we need to go!" One of Armelle servants appeared beside her.
"Yeah..." Armelle choked out before the two disappeared in thin air.
"What! She was all big and bad, talking all that stuff that she wants to kill me, but when I stand in front of you, you run away." Noelia said talking to the air, "but don't worry, she'll get what's coming to her."
"Rose!"
"I'm back!" Noelia smiled retrieving all her memories of Ascelin, her parents, and everything that happened up to this point. Noelia run to Ascelin arms hugging him deep to her chest, "thank you, you never gave up on me."
"How could I," Ascelin said hugging her back.
"Let's get out of her, I don't like dark places," Noelia said wiggling out of Ascelin arms and ran out the basement.
'Finally, she's back and now the chaos begins!'
