"Vano."
Vano glanced at Freya, who was sitting right next to him. Freya's eyes, which had been crying, were still red in the corners of her eyes. Not only because she had cried before, but now the girl's face was red when she noticed her hand linked with Vano's on the public bus they were currently riding.
"Can... can you let go of my hand? I won't run away again."
In a low voice, Freya spoke when the girl could no longer stand the girls gossiping behind them. After they exchanged ideas in a quiet alley before this, Vano suddenly took her away under the guise of Vano being able to comfort Freya after her sadness. Right now, Freya didn't even know where Vano was taking her because the young man only said the word 'secret' every time he asked where they were going.
"I know you won't run away, Freya. I just want to hold your hand like we always did when we were little."
