As the stone wall shifted, the entire cave trembled violently. The faint rumbling noise that had been barely noticeable earlier grew louder, as if something enormous and heavy was moving deep within the bowels of the cave.
Talon and his team immediately went on alert, making sure they were ready for whatever might come next.
"What's happening? Didn't we solve the last puzzle already?" John asked, his voice tinged with concern.
"I don't know, did we make a mistake?" Noah replied, scanning the walls as if searching for a clue.
"I don't think so," Talon said calmly, though his grip on the wall tightened. "Let's just wait and see what happens next."
They all braced themselves, holding tightly to the nearby stones, trying to steady their footing as the ground beneath them shook.
