The already half wrecked vending machine stood little chance against a tactical exoskeleton powered kick from Zeph. He was not about to accept no for an answer, or allow it to rip him off by taking his four credits and not spitting out an ice cold bottle of cold brew. He had selected caramel but got vanilla instead.

Coffee was coffee at this point. The real draw of it was to help him take off everything for about a minute, but it also gave him half a chance to get used to the tactical exoskeleton equipped Nephilim Enforcement version of riot gear as he had never used anything like it before. 

The driver of the MCU told him to just put it on over his uniform and slot his SLP and radio into the right spots, and to think of it as just an extra later of clothing. Only that layer was going to make him faster, stronger, and most importantly less squishy.
