Capítulo 220: Dinner with Angels and Demons

Chief Bobby Marlecl looked down at the datapads Zeph had begun staking back on the corner of his desk, before picking one up to look over the information Zeph had entered to ensure that everything was filled out completely and correctly. 

There was a huge amount of confusion in his eyes when he got to the last page of the first document as it said: Administrator Omega next to where the name of the approving Administrator was supposed to go. Zeph had just finished filling out the document in his hands minutes ago and he had not even submitted it to the right divisions within Central Command yet so how was it already approved?

Just who was this Administrator Omega, and how did he approve document forms as they were being filled out?
