Anxiety filled Alex as he glanced between the timer and where he knew his children were fighting, a feeling that was rivalled by his pride at their stepping up to take action.
His concentration was so intense, that he didn't even register the battle that continued between Whitebeard and Linlin against Garp, or look up as numerous figures flew down or teleported to Zenith's deck.
"Where is she?!" Gabriel demanded the second she arrived.
"Up there." Alex said, pointing to the top of the Red Line.
"And you're just sitting here, watching?!" Serafall demanded irritably.
Instead of replying, Alex conjured a projection that perfectly mimicked the Chatroom to show his sudden quest, and the time limit accompanying it.
"What is that?" Vivi asked, having only JUST joined the Chatroom herself.
"It's a quest I got from the Chatroom right before the kids arrived. Basically the quest states that I can't personally intervene in the battle before this timer runs out, and if I do then I'll face a random penalty. So obviously, I can't do anything about them being here myself."
Everyone present could hear the frustration in Alex's voice as he explained what was going on to them, even as the battle continued raging above them.
"Well, if you can't go and get them, I WILL!" Gabriel declared as she spread her angelic wings to take flight, only to find herself completely unable to take off.
"Eh?"
"I grounded you." Alex said in explanation, before each and every one of the mothers tried to do the same thing, only for their feet to not even leave the deck.
Even teleporting wasn't an option as Alex sealed the space around them. Kuroka could get away if she tried of course, as a goddess of space and time, but all she did was direct a level look at Alex that demanded an explanation. Regardless of her own feelings and desire to protect her niece, he was her King.
"Care to explain?" Koneko on the other hand practically growled at him, making Alex shrug as he told them,
"If I'm stuck here, then so are the rest of you. I've got Yue watching over them to make sure no one will die, so until the countdown is finished we can all sit here and twiddle our thumbs together."
The collective mothers all gaped at Alex incredulously as he trapped them here with him, scarcely daring to believe that he'd risk the safety of his own children in such a way. But as if he knew what they were thinking, he then continued,
"They all made their choice, and now they can learn to either deal with consequences of their actions or follow through with their decisions. At least until the timer runs out."
"But they're CHILDREN!" Anne practically snarled at him.
"Yes, they are children. But the thing with children is that they NEED to fuck around sometimes so they can find out. How will they ever grow if we held their hands for every little thing they do? As I said, Yue is watching to make sure they don't die, and they can deal with this on their own until the timer runs out."
Though several of the mothers wanted to argue Alex's decision some more, they all quickly bit their tongues when he gave them an intense look, one that DARED them to question what he had decided further.
Alex hardly, if ever, took a hard stance when it came to his family. One could even say he was a pushover more often than not when it came to his wives and children. However, when the topic was something as important as this, his inner emperor came out and made it clear he would not bend his decision in the slightest, just like when he insisted on training the children.
Not even Grayfia could bring herself to chide her Lord and master, which was also a rare occurrence indeed.
So with Alex's mind made up, the concerned parents all turned their attention back to the battle their children were currently involved in, even as several other battles continued to rage around them.
***
Two beams of light streaked through the skies while moving at, literally, the speed of light as they traded hundreds of blows within mere seconds. One of them was the 'little' princess of Asora and Heaven, Edith, while the other was one of the three Admirals of the Marines, Kizaru.
And Kizaru was beginning to feel vexed.
"Hey hey~. No matter how much you train yourself, there should be a limit to how strong you are~." Kizaru said as yet another of her punches went right by his head, with enough force that it probably would have been REALLY dangerous to his health if it had hit. And he had already learned that the defensive abilities of his Devil Fruit wouldn't work on her.
"Stop moving and let me hit you!" Edith demanded like a spoiled brat, her frustration building even more when he kicked her yet again.
She couldn't help it since Kizaru continuously used Observation Haki not only to just barely avoid all of her attacks, but also to make sure each of his hit her in return. Every time Edith thought she managed to avoid one of his attacks, he changed the trajectory and hit her anyways. And that was only with his hands and feet, since his actual light beams and such were ineffective against her.
But with Edith's physical conditioning after all of her beloved daddy's training, along with her own Saiyan/dragoness constitution, all Kizaru's hits and kicks managed to do was piss her off even more.
As such, the duo were stuck in a perpetual game of cat and mouse.
"Grrr! If I have to go super to beat you up I'm going to be so angry!" Edith declared angrily at him.
"Go 'super'? Does that mean you can get even stronger than this?" Kizaru asked, even as a cold sweat dripped down his back despite his casual expression.
Even with his light speed movements, Kizaru was pushing his Observation Haki to its limits to stay ahead of Edith and her attacks, any one of which might actually kill him! If she could get even stronger...
"Yeah! We all promised not to go super before coming here! So if you make me have to go super, then I'm going to be laughed at by everyone else! So stay still and let me beat you up!"
Despite her insistence, Kizaru persisted in avoiding every single one of Edith's attacks while also desperately trying to come up with a way to defeat her.
Meanwhile, someone else was actually enjoying herself a bit.
"HA! This is actually really fun!" Yuki cried as she traded blows with Admiral Aokiji, who was wondering why this girl was not at all affected by his ice.
Rather than slowing down as the temperature plummeted around them, Yuki was appearing refreshed as her movements sped up and got better over time. Even when he tried freezing her completely solid, Yuki kept coming after him as if the ice itself was a part of her body.
"!!!"
Seeing her come at him now, Aokiji had to create several walls of ice in front of him to blunt the force, and even then he was sent skipping across down the Red Line by the miles.
"That girl..." He drawled irritably after finally coming to a stop, and assessing that one of his arms had been broken in defending himself. Naturally, whatever was nullifying her against his ice also made it so that her punches could actually hit him.
"The last time I felt this bad was during Garp's training..." Aokiji said while dusting himself off, ignoring the pain in his arm as he did so, before Yuki landed right in front of him. He noted as she did so that ice exploded out from where her feet landed.
"Too bad we have to kill each other. You just might have been my dream girl." He said while looking her up and down. She was cute, obviously a tomboy, could fight, and apparently had powers that complimented his own. Who else would have been a better match for him?
Apparently she didn't think so.
"Blege! How gross!" Yuki exclaimed while pretending to vomit.
"You didn't have to be so mean about it..." Aokiji said, right as his Haki went off to warn him about an incoming attack.
"If I could, I'd freeze you right here and turn you into an ugly-sicle!" Yuki declared as she tried to kick him, which Aokiji was just barely able to put up an arm to try and block, sacrificing the arm in the process as there was an audible 'crunch'.
Meanwhile...
"You were foolish to try and go against me. Fire can never match magma." Akainu growled while turning his back on the corpse of his own opponent, who was missing his head, right arm/shoulder, and one of his legs.
"And YOU are foolish to turn your back on your opponent." Said a voice, making Akainu halt in his tracks as he looked back incredulously.
Standing there was his opponent, completely regenerated once more as if nothing had happened to him.
"What are you?" Akainu growled as his body began to churn and bubble menacingly.
"Heh." The boy smirked as he met Akainu's glare, before suddenly the winds began to whip and rear around them, forming a cyclone while the temperature began to rapidly increase.
"I am Regal Phenex, Lord of fire and wind, heir of the Phenex clan and son of the Dragon Emperor! And if you believe that some mere magma is enough to even phase me, then I shall educate you."
By this point the cyclone around them had actually caught fire, accelerating the increase in temperature even more. Akainu however was not worried, as even this was little more than a slightly warm breeze to him.
But then something changed.
He sensed a subtle shift in the fire circling them, something within it that was turning the flames.....sinister.
"What is this?" Akainu growled as he actually began to grow wary of the eerie flames, before his Haki suddenly started warning him.
*CRASH!*
Akainu just barely had time to cross his arms in defense as Regal delivered a punch, one with his fist coated in the same eerie flames that surrounded them, and had enough power that the ground beneath him caved in on itself to form a crater.
And most incredulously of all, the flames coating Regal's fist actually managed to BURN him.
"You claim that fire can never match against magma? Well how about the flames of hell itself?" Regal asked Akainu, even as his entire body was set aflame by the hellfire, which did nothing to hurt him, but began to burn even Akainu's magma.
While the three Admirals were all struggling in one way or another, their Fleet Admiral was faring no better.
Sengoku had already transitioned to the transformed state of his Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Daibutsu, which turned him into a giant golden Buddha.
Not only was Sengoku's body significantly sturdier in this form, due to being made of gold, but he also radiated a type of divine energy that also fueled his attacks, creating powerful shockwaves with a single swing of his fists, or thrust of his palms. And the power behind these shockwaves enough to vaporize entire enemy battleships with ease, making Sengoku a one man army when he fought against pirates and other enemies of the Marines.
And yet, here he was being toyed with by a childish girl...
"Humph! Is Buddha-Sama truly so weak~nya?" Mai asked as she used Touki to match Sengoku blow for blow, all without so much as breaking a sweat.
"Little girl... Be careful who you call weak!" Sengoku roared as he slammed his giant hands together, producing a clear gong-like sound that echoed throughout the battlefield before he thrust one of his palms forward.
The result was a hyper-concentrated shockwave of energy in the shape of a hand that traveled through anything in its path.
"I think aunty taught me this~nya!" Mai exclaimed as she mimicked the movements Sengoku made, before thrusting her own palm forward at the incoming attack while channeling her Touki and Senjutsu to the max.
The force generated from her movements was enough to generate a shockwave dwarfing Sengoku's, destroying it instantly upon impact before impacting Sengoku himself to leave a handprint upon his golden body. But that wasn't all...
Aside from the handprint, Mai's Senjutsu entered Sengoku's body to wreak havoc on his Haki and the flow of energy within. Soon he was unable to even maintain his transformation properly, as indicated when he began to rapidly shift between his human form, fully transformed form, and his hybrid form without pause.
"What did you do!?!" He demanded while trying, and failing, to control his rapid transformations. But when he looked up, Sengoku's mind paused slightly as he saw Mai floating in the air with numerous flaming wheels surrounding her.
"I will now purify Buddha-Sama!" Mai declared, before unleashing the flaming wheels upon Sengoku.
As Sengoku was being 'purified' by Mai's Kasha Wheels, Anna was flying through the air while using the Sky Dragon Slayer arts that her mother taught her to fight against a giant demonic bird, which was actually the elder Marcus Mars in his Itsumade form.
Currently she was flying around and avoiding the energy blasts Mars was spewing at her, destroying entire sections of the Red Line while missing her completely.
"Insignificant pest!" Mars snarled at her as she dodged yet again, all while Anna appeared deep in thought.
"Now how do I beat this bad guy up without hurting him?" She pondered deeply as she avoided a swipe of his talons, followed by the snap of his beak.
Anna was a curious one amongst her siblings, being that she had no desire to fight like they did. She dutifully followed her lessons and the training her father gave them, as it was always better to be able to defend yourself than not according to him, but she herself did not want to hurt others. That was the largest reason why Anna had not participated in the tournament with several of her siblings, and why she would usually take on a supportive role whenever they 'played' with monsters.
So while the rest of her present siblings were fighting, and her own opponent was literally trying to kill her, Anna was trying to find a way to beat him without actually hurting him.
"Hold still and taste the judgement of the gods!" Mars declared angrily.
"Oh! I know!" Anna declared as an idea came to her.
She then manipulated the winds to gather around her hands, and channeled magic power into them to use both offensive and support magic.
"Sky Dragon's Healing Claw!" Anna yelled as she attacked Mars with razor-sharp blades of wind, combined with her own Saiyan strength. It was an attack that would mean instant death for most opponents. However, Anna had also applied healing magic to heal Mars immediately after she attacked him.
There were two things Anna was unaware of when she did this though. Firstly was that Mars himself possessed a healing factor that would have undone all of the damage she did to him within seconds regardless. And second was that her technique was not as merciful as Anna thought it was.
Even as she healed the damage she had inflicted, the pain itself was still there along with the memory of having taken damage. But she was blissfully unaware of this, for now.
"Alright! Next is Sky Dragon's Healing Roar!" She declared. Unleashing a powerful cyclone of air from her mouth that shredded Mars' avian body, before healing him yet again seconds later.
A short distance away Elizabeth, known as Lizzy by friends and family, was battling the Elder Warcury in his transformed state as well, a massive boar-like form known as the Fengxi.
"BUKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!"
Warcury let loose a devastating roar infused with Haki, which caused any Marines that were still within the vicinity to collapse while foaming at the mouth. Lizzy meanwhile covered her ears and scrunched up her face at the noise.
"You're too loud! Magical Lizzy~Tan says everyone should get along~! TRANSFORM~!"
At her command, Lizzy waved around her scepter as it began to glow, before her entire body was encased in the light of magic.
Numerous ribbons of light shot out of her scepter to wrap around various areas of her body, before they formed a skirt, thigh-high socks, knee-high boots, a top, gloves that came up past her elbows, and finally a tiara.
When the light cleared it revealed Lizzy, wearing an outfit similar to the one she had been wearing previously, except this one was the outfit supplied by the Dressphere inserted into her scepter. Giving her both the looks and the abilities of a genuine magical girl.
"Now to punish the bad piggy~!" Lizzy declared as she waved her scepter, even as said 'piggy' charged at her with his razor sharp tusks.
As she channeled magic power into her scepter, Lizzy conjured numerous pink hearts in the air around her, spinning in place before pointing her scepter at Warcury and declaring dramatically, "now, face Lizzy~Tan's Love Love Magical Cannon!"
At her command, the hearts all began to rush at Warcury with the force of a hundred cannons, EACH.
The massive pig had never been hit so hard before, with each heart taking out entire chunks of his body and shattering his tusks as if they were made of glass. It was an attack that surely would have put him down, IF it were anyone else.
Before the dust had even cleared he had completely regenerated all of the damage, including the tusks that had been shattered.
"Humph! Such a tough piggy!" Lizzy harrumphed at her opponent, seemingly offended that her attack hasn't worked. Maybe she would have to try something else....
"Still at it Lizzy?" Drawled a voice that prompted her to look up and see her brother Ryuuto lazily flying towards her.
"You're done already!?" Lizzy exclaimed in shock.
"Yep~. The guy turned himself into some kind of demon horse, and then said something stupid. So I just erased him along with a good portion of the area." Ryuuto pointed out a stretch of land as he explained that had a massive hole gouged out of it. It wasn't just destroyed, everything that had been there before was just GONE. As was the usual for the power of destruction
"Well your Destruction makes it easy for YOU! This guy wasn't even actually fazed by my Love Love Magical Cannon!" Lizzy exclaimed as they both descended to the ground, right as Warcury charged at her.
Ryuuto just scoffed even as Lizzy casually backhanded Warcury and sent him flying, before stating irritably, "stop playing around and use your ice instead of that stupid toy then."
"It's not a stupid toy!" Lizzy cried out while waving her scepter around dramatically, instantly freezing Warcury in a massive block of ice that would never melt so she could deal with her annoying brother.
"Yes it is. You could have had that pig spitted and roasted on a fire by now if you used your actual powers, but you just HAD to play around." Ryuuto sneered.
"I WASN'T PLAYING! And YOUR mom is a magical girl too, see!" Lizzy declared as she pulled out a photo of herself, Serafall, Sona, Rias, Akeno and Shuri all dressed like magical girls. Except Sona, Rias and Akeno all looked as if they wanted to be anywhere else in the world.
The effect was immediate as Ryuuto coughed up a little blood from seeing his own mother in such a frilly and skimpy outfit, even without knowing that it may have been used a time or two in her and Alex's bedroom plays.
"That's enough you two, stop fighting." Regal stated as he landed beside them, holding the unconscious and severely burned Akainu by the scruff of his neck before tossing him over by the ice that encased Warcury. And unknown to them, Yue readily used her magic to ensure neither of the defeated opponents would return to the battle.
"Shut up Regal! Stop trying to act more mature than us!"
"I AM more mature than either of you, and there are more important things to focus on right now. Remember what dad taught us, NEVER let your guard down in the middle of a battlefield."
Both Ryuuto and Lizzy flinched when they heard that, and looked down shamefully from forgetting their father's lessons. Meanwhile Alex was nodding sagely from atop Zenith's deck.
"D-do you think Daddy will be disappointed with us?" Lizzy asked worriedly.
"It's too late to worry about that. Let's just do as well as we can here, since we'll all probably be scolded either way." Freydis said as she too suddenly appeared, along with Nocta, Aife, Lana, Shuri, Myuu, Videl and Andre.
They had all gone to battle against the group calling themselves 'Gods Knights', a name that sounded presumptuous even to the youngest amongst them. And to call the trio of fledgling goddesses, Freydis, Nocta and Aife, offended at their supposed divinity was more than an understatement.
"I still cannot believe such weaklings refer to themselves as 'gods'." She spat at the most powerful amongst them, a man with hair and beard and made him look like a crescent moon. True, Freydis' Saiyan heritage combined with the combat divinities she inherited from her mother made her a deadly opponent despite her young age and lack of experience, but then again she SHOULD expect more from someone claiming godhood.
"So who's left?" Andre asked, his giant-like figure towering over even the tallest amongst them.
"Edith looks like she's having a bit of trouble with her opponent- oh, she just went super... And he's down. Yuki, Mai and Anna all look like they're wrapping things up, and Aurora is still fighting that guy over there." Regal said, pointing out every one of the mentioned siblings as he did so. The last amongst them was Aurora, who was in her dragon form as she battled against a guy who had turned into a giant demonic worm.
"I never thought THIS would become a normal scene for me..." Videl said as she watched the numerous battles come to a close, a sentiment not shared by the rest of the kids present since they were all born and raised amongst the weirdness from the beginning.
"Well it has. And there is still THAT over there." Myuu said, pointing to the last of the children, and their opponent.
"Impressive, for some insignificant ants with delusions of grandeur." Jaygarcia Saturn sneered as he looked down upon Alec and Bonney, the former of which was staying back to let Bonney fight. Because for Bonney, this fight was personal.
After being brought to Alex's home she had learned that Saturn was personally responsible for almost every horrible thing that had ever happened to her father throughout his life, as well as hers. Saturn had experimented on both Bonney as an infant and her mother, passing the Sapphire Scale disease on to both of them that had claimed the life of her mother, and would have killed Bonney if not for the care of Kuma.
It was because of her disease that Bonney was unable to even venture outside for nearly her entire life, as both solar and lunar light would advance the Sapphire Scales and potentially kill her. The only hope came when Kuma went to meet with Vegapunk, who had been able to cure her disease in exchange for studying Kuma's Buccaneer blood. But they did not realize the World Government was listening in.
Saturn had demanded that, in exchange for Vegapunk treating Bonney for a disease HE had planted inside of her, Kuma would be required to join the Seven Warlords and do anything the World Government ordered him. On top of that, he was also to give his body over to them via numerous operations to turn him into a human weapon, a cyborg, with the final operation to remove his consciousness completely.
Needless to say Bonney was PISSED, and she wanted revenge on the man who had personally caused so much pain and suffering for her family.
That was why Alec had taken a step back, allowing Bonney to fight on her own, but also staying close enough to help if she needed it.
"Well this 'ant' is going to kick your ass!" Bonney declared as she stepped up in front of Saturn, who had assumed the form of giant demonic spider.
"As I said, delusions of grandeur." Saturn sneered down at her.
"Normally, you would be right..." Bonney said, a hint of a smirk appearing on her lips. "But I came prepared! Distorted Future: Saiyan Shock!"
As she cried out the name of her technique, Bonney, who was still in her true child form, suddenly grew into a more mature version of herself. Unlike her usual mature look though, this time Bonney was significantly more toned with higher muscle density, while a pink monkey-like tail extended out from her backside.
This was the greatest power of her Toshi Toshi no Mi, allowing her to create and alter her own futures depending on her imagination, and she was able to imagine a LOT after her time in Asora. Vampire, Werewolf, Devil, Angel, Fallen Angel, Youkai, Tauren, Orc, Goblin, Elf(s), Dwarf, DRAGON, and even one of the strongest races of all, the Saiyans.
Bonney made use of the time she had spent training this particular form in secret with Alec, feeling the new form of energy flow throughout her body, energy known as Ki. And she used said Ki to launch herself into the air as Saturn fired several blobs of concentrated fluid at her, which splashed onto the ground before melting everything it touched.
But Bonney just ignored the poison as she flew overhead Saturn while gathering Ki to her hands, and then firing a pair of Ki blasts at Saturn from above.
"!!!"
Saturn, who had never encountered such an attack before, was blasted to the ground with enough force that a crater formed beneath him, which only deepened when Bonney shot forward to punch him in the face with her fists.
Flesh tore and bone shattered under her fist, turning Saturn's head into a fine paste that splattered across the dirt and stone of the Red Line. At the same time several of his arachnoid legs also bent unnaturally and cracked, with one or two even being removed completely. It was an attack that would have meant instant death, if it were just about anyone else in this world.
Instead, Saturn began to regenerate almost instantly as his head reformed amidst a cloud of smoke, regenerating even his beard while his limbs cracked back into place.
"Impressive show of strength. It rivals even that of the Giants and Buccaneers." Saturn calmly said as he looked at Bonney with indifference.
"Damn..." Bonney swore, before she rushed in for another series of attacks. But they were each only as effective as the ones before, and they were growing weaker with each passing second.
That was the downside of Distorted Future, the more powerful the transformation, the quicker it wore her out.
Already Bonney was panting with exhaustion after just a few blows, and all Saturn did was regenerate after every one.
"Such a shame. All that power, completely and utterly wasted." Saturn mocked her as the last drops of energy drained from Bonney, and she returned to her true child form.
"No its not." Alec said as he stepped between Bonney and Saturn.
"Oh? And do you possess the same power little ant? It seems as if I will need to study you and all of your siblings." Saturn said without any worry, even as his fellow Elders fell one by one around them.
"Come and see!" Alec declared without any pause or hesitation, his eyes brimming with confidence.
"Kick....his ass.....Alec...." Bonney told him tiredly, even as Anna pulled her away to be treated... And fed.
"I plan to." Alec responded seriously, even as Saturn towered over him.
"You better not disappoint boy." Saturn stated, right before Alec moved.
*BOOOOOOM!*
The next thing the Elder knew he was sent flying back as Alec punched him, and feeling more pain than he had ever felt before as his body began to burn with fire unlike anything he had ever experienced.
*CRACK!*
Alec suddenly appeared beside him in a flash of lightning, his expression one of fury as he cried with his fist cracking, "Lightning Dragon's Metal Fist!"
Tightening the muscles in his fist until they were as hard as steel, and cladding them in powerful lightning, Alec hit Saturn yet again with a force unlike any the world had ever seen. And he wasn't even close to finished yet.
"Stone Dragon's Raging Fist!"
"Tempest Dragon's Vicious Claws!"
"Inferno Dragon's Blazing Roar!"
"Glacial Dragon's Freezing Maw!"
One after another Alec showed them all why he called himself the Omni-Slayer, the elements themselves swirling around him and fortifying his already outrageous Saiyan strength as he brutalized Saturn.
Even Saturn's poison, so potent that it could melt through nearly anything, was ineffective in protecting him from Alec's assault. All the boy had done was EAT some of the poison directly, and suddenly he too could call upon it at a whim.
As the battle prolonged a sense of urgency began to slowly build within Saturn, one that stated that this boy had to be eliminated at ANY cost. What he did not know was that the urgency he was starting to feel, was something that had been long-buried and forgotten to the Elder. A budding sense of fear.
With each attack he received, all without even being allowed to defend himself or attack back, that fear grew within him while Saturn's regenerative powers lessened steadily.
"ENOUGH!" Saturn roared, his Haki exploding outwards in arcs of black lightning that carved grooves into the ground around them, a ground ravaged by the numerous attacks Alec had used thus far.
But rather than shying away from the Haki, Alec ate THAT as well.
By this point Saturn was at his wit's end with NOTHING seemingly working against the brat, and an unfamiliar chill creeping down his spine.
That chill only compounded as an ominously large shadow covered Saturn, eclipsing the sun from his view as he looked up to see Alec in the sky above him as he seemingly took in a deep breath.
"Omni Dragon's....APOCALYPTIC ROOOOOOOOOAR!"
With a literal roar, Alec unleashed hell as all of the elements under his control were expelled from his mouth at once, bearing down onto Saturn with a destructive force matched only by that of the Ancient Weapons.
The Elder vanished from sight as he was engulfed in the destructive power, power great enough that it made the world shake as the Red Line itself was torn asunder. Cracks formed on either side as they stretched all the way down to the ocean, allowing water to rush in to fill them and erode them even more in rapid succession.
All over the battlefield below, people stopped what they were doing and turned their attention towards the Red Line, watching as it broke apart right down the middle where the Holy City once sat.
A deafening roar, from Alec, the tearing of stone, and the rush of water, filled the air as the terrain itself shifted, and continued doing so even after Alec had finished his attack. Needless to say, the only Marine that had any will to continue fighting by this point was none other than Garp, and that was purely because he refused to submit before Whitebeard and Big Mom as he pointedly ignored what was going on around him.
As for the person responsible for all of this...
"Humph! I dare you to come back from THAT!" Alec stated as he landed on the ground beside his siblings, seemingly indifferent to the drastic change in the landscape that he had caused.
"THAT WAS AMAZING ALEC!" Anna cried out excitedly as she hurried to her twin brother, followed closely by the rest of their siblings as they too went to be amazed at Alec's fight, all of which had been returned to their true ages. And Alec wasn't too far off himself, shrinking down as well as they crowded around him.
But there was one person he was looking for the most.
"That was pretty cool, Alec." Bonney said as she approached him, making Alec snicker bashfully.
"Thanks Bonney, it was nothing." He said while trying to play it cool, earning some snickers from his siblings.
One of them even kicked things up a notch by 'accidentally' bumping Bonney on her already unsteady legs, sending her falling into Alec's chest as he naturally caught her.
"Ooh~! Alec and Bonney, sitting in a tree~"
"""K-I-S-S-I-N-G!"""
"First comes LOVE~"
"Next come MARRIAGE~"
"Then comes Alec with a baby carriage~!"
Several of Alec's sisters sang in singsong voices, almost as if they had practiced it. And their efforts were not in vain, as Alec's face was sufficiently red despite the his natural darker skin tone, but he wasn't done being embarrassed yet.
Following the momentum, Bonney flashed a mischevious smirk before quickly planting a kiss on Alec's cheek, stupifying him entirely as his complexion resembled that of a tomato.
"HA! Look how red he is!" One of them cried out, triggering another round of laughter at his expense.
Their merriment and mirth continued for another couple minutes, even as a certain figure approached them.
*Clap.*
"Huh?"
*Clap.*
"Who is that?"
*Clap.*
"Truly, an excellent display." Hissed the figure that was approaching them, a person wearing long flowing robes along with an incredibly tall crown.
0:10
"Who are you?!" Edith readily demanded as they all got ready for another fight.
0:09
"There is no need to give my name-"
0:08
"-let alone to some pests that will be dead soon."
0:07
"I have a bad feeling..." Mai said slowly, missing her usual verbal tick due to her increasing nerves.
0:06
"Well, your insincts are accurate at least."
0:05
*KER-CRAAAAAACK!*
A sudden pressure bore down on all of the children unlike anything they had ever felt before.
0:04
Nearly all of them were unable to so much as breath under the pressure as black lightning unlike anything any of them had ever seen raged all around them.
0:03
The earth itself began to rumble beneath their feet for an entirely different reason than Alec's earlier attack, almost as if with each step of the mysterious figure.
0:02
Alec used every single bit of his strength to look up as the figure stood before him, and feeling something he had never felt before in his short life.
He was about to die.
0:01
"Goodbye, little pests." The figure said without the slightest emotion, producing an arrow-like appendage from within his robes that came to a stop directly in front of Alec's face, ready to impale him through the eye and kill him.
0:00
*...*
Silence suddenly descended upon the world, and the pressure was lifted from the children, allowing them all to breathe once more as they looked around in confusion, before all of their gazes settled on the mysterious figure.
No, BEHIND the figure.
"What...?" The figure uttered in confusion, before slowly turning to see someone else standing there that seemingly towered over him.
"I see....the Dragon-"
"Die."
"..."
There was nothing to indicate what happened next to anyone, no matter how much they thought back on it afterwards, and even reveiwed the scene through Regeneration magic. At the command of the Dragon Emperor, Imu, the secret figure who truly ruled over the entire world, ceased to exist.
