While Double Leaf would understand, the NPCs would find it impossible to parse how he communicated the intelligence to Sumeru. It should be noted that even if intelligence was conveyed through the Mages' Guild for a hefty price it would take at least a few days, not to mention that the Orc Holy Land had no Mages' Guild in the first place.
