His vision, hearing, and sense of smell were all relatively normal, yet he still couldn't discern his current surroundings. He could only barely make out that he was in a poorly ventilated room. The unpleasant, low-quality candle on the side table did not improve visibility much. Thanks to that, he couldn't even tell the time.
With observational skills so worn away they were barely half-decent, Zack Frith made these conclusions. Of course, even he knew that this was all pointless. Any average person who had fallen into such straits and was still sane would have been able to come up with the same conclusions, perhaps even clearer ones.
But, regardless, at least one thing could be confirmed...
