Capítulo 418: Hard task (8)

Even though they were forced out of the carriages, they weren't allowed to get inside the temple. They have to stand at least a few feet away from each other. 

The mayor and the guests went inside the temple to pay their respect. Aside from the guards, there are also some servants of the mayor who came with them in the procession. 

The servants ready the cushions, opened the doors, and lighted up the lantern and candles. They also arranged the offerings they brought for their god. 

The guards stood outside together with the captured females. Leon and Lucien were standing together with them in a straight line. Their hands and feet were bound by ropes. A single rope behind him together with the other seven females. 

This is the first time Lucien saw them. He saw one or two familiar faces when he arrived at the Small Inn. The females' expressions were gloomy and tight. Some were nervous.
