"You didn't seem interested in what I had to say. Also, don't you think that you are partly to blame for this?" he asked before he grinned mischievously. I hated the way that my heart skipped a beat at the naughty look in his eyes as he kept on staring at my face as if he was observing my every reaction to his words.

"How am I to plan for this?" I asked with widened eyes.

"You look so happy about my engagement, and that was getting on my nerves," he replied as his tone darkened.

I had no idea what Raphael had in mind, and it seemed like everything that I did appeared to be a wrong move from his perspective.
