Capítulo 38: One's Purpose

"Huh." 

Gwyn watched in mild amusement as Zero prepared a dish for the two of them. He prepared and cooked them a quick noodle dish with the knowledge endowed to him from his system.

He slid a bowl over to her and she gave him a look of skepticism before picking up her fork.

"It's not poisoned if that's what you're worried about." Zero said. Which was true. He didn't have to include an effect with every dish, but he had chose to most of the time since they basically lived in a battlefield. He picked up his fork and twirled the noodles around it before sliding them into his mouth.

This seemed to be proof enough for Gwyn as she did the same. Her eyes lit up as she looked back down at the bowl, then to Zero, back to the bowl, and began shoveling the rest down.

"Oh my gosh, this is amazing!" She exclaimed before loudly slurping down the last of it straight from the bowl.
