Capítulo 82: Living with him

Evelyn awoke to see it was already light. After a long time, she slept like a baby. Usually, she used to turn around, changing her sides again and again. At that moment she realised, it's not a comfortable bed that is required for a good sleep but a peaceful mind and a happy heart that takes you to the fantasy realm.

Before departing for dinner, she got up and freshened herself. As she walked down the stairway, she noticed Elric seated with a serene expression on his face, his elbows resting on the table, supporting his face. He had his eyes closed. Approaching near the table, she pulled out a chair for herself, without any slightest sound and sat down.

"Slept well, Miss Evelyn?"

His unexpected inquiry caught her off guard, and she stared at him in amazement. She said uneasily, "Yeah, the bed is comfortable."
