Capítulo 80: Concerns

A few minutes passed and they all waited for Evelyn to return. The clinking sound of metal drew their attention to her. She marched slowly towards them, carrying a little metal trunk. Placing it on the floor, she stood in the middle of Elric and Earl.

Mr Falcon motioned one of his juniors to check the truck. The man crouched beside the trunk and opened it with a click sound. Mr Falcon was expecting a lot of things inside it but only found another small metal box and a few thick books.

He signalled his junior to hand the metal box to him. Piqued interest collapsed as soon as he saw the material inside it. There was nothing which was expensive enough to be not allowed. He sighed in dismay and returned the metal box to the junior.

His attention was drawn to the massive books. He wondered if something was hidden in them. 

"Page by page, check the books," he ordered authoritatively to his junior.
