A black-haired man in his late twenties slowly walks through the crossroads. He aimlessly wobbles around the street.

Raindrops slowly fall on his body drenching him completely. He ignores the rain and mindlessly walks ahead.

He kicks a soda can and sends it flying across the street.

The can hit a cat and startles the little critter.
"Was her love a falsehood? But I loved her from the bottom of my heart and worked my ass off for our future... just so that I could rise in the company and keep her happy. But…"
The man clutches his fist in anger as a teardrops trickles down his eyes. The falling raindrops washes it away.
MEOWWW…
The little cat jumps down and dashes towards the street.
"But that woman!… she stole my work and gave it to him. Him! Of all people! Dammit!"
He gnashes his teeth in anger.
The little cat rushes through the street and arrives in front of a truck.
"Shit! Where did this cat come from?" The drunk truck driver sobers up.
Fwoosh…
He hurriedly pulls the brake.
Screech…
The front wheels of the truck slide down over the watery film on the road and comes to a stop but the momentum of the truck causes its rear to roll over.
"What?!"
The black-haired man raises his head. His line of thoughts interrupted by the sudden commotion.
The man has hetero-chromatic eyes. His left eye is green whereas his right eye is blue.
"Fuck!"
Vroom…
The rear side of truck slams into him and sends him flying. His body is flung at a distance of 30 feet from the impact.
Thud…
His body lands on the ground with a loud thud.
"AH! So, this is how my life will end."
The world spins in his vision as a trail of blood blurs his vision.
Whoosh…
He slowly loses his consciousness.
Burble… burble…
Dark red blood leaks from his body and paints the road.
Eek…
A nearby woman in red clothes screams in horror as the body lands in front of her. It takes her a while to understand the situation.
"Ambulance! Somebody call an ambulance!"
The woman yells frantically. She rushes towards the man's body to support him.
'Ah! Another woman! And a pretty one at that. Looks like at least I will die in the arms of a woman, even if she is a complete stranger.'

"Hey, can you hear me?!"
The woman questions him in agitation.
'My body feels heavy! My head hurts like never before! I want to sleep!'
His consciousness slowly fades away.

The siren of the ambulance rings as a team of medics dashes towards the body. They quickly place him on a stretcher and departs for a nearby hospital.

A middle-aged doctor quickly performs emergency diagnoses of his body.
"There is no hope!"
The doctor shakes his head.

"27 years old? Sigh… what a young man?!" The doctor shakes his head.

Unbeknownst to them, Yuuji's right eye flickers with a blue light.

The woman stabs the man with a large golden and white metal blade. The blade releases a bluish hue of energy. The energy slowly pervades his body and slowly destroys it.

The man has disbelief in his eyes. He stares at his beloved with horror.

A soundless squeak escapes from his mouth as he stares at his beloved with shock in his eyes.

A long sword with a dark green blade and a dark hue pierces the chest of the woman.
"Ilicia!"
The man screams in anger as Ilicia's lifeless body falls on the ground.

A man draped in a black cloak slowly walks out of the shadows.
"You?! How dare you harm my Ilicia? I will kill you!" The man growls in anger. He struggles to stand but the obsidian blade slowly disintegrates his body.
"With your source destroyed, you are nothing but a dog without his fangs ready to be trampled over."
Bang...
The cloaked man kicks him away.
"I can easily squash you like an insect now!" The cloaked man laughs hysterically.
"Now hand me the source of One Magic!" He demands in anger.
"Never!"
"The One Magic is not something the likes of you is worthy of!"
Slash...
***** takes out a small lacrima from his body and squeezes it.
Crack... crack...
The lacrima shatters into countless fragments and disperses.
"From now on! Those who are judged to be worthy according to the seven principles of One shall bear the power of Magic."

A giant magic circle forms underneath *****.

It quickly spreads outward and engulfs the entire world. The entire world glows with a blue hue.

Yuuji screams in agony and slowly opens his eyes. He clutches his right eye in pain as a burning sensation shimmer through it.

He breathes heavily. Beads of sweat trickles down his forehead. His entire body is drenched in a cold sweat and a putrid smell enters his nose.
"Where am I?"
He slowly opens his eye and looks around.
A giant room with multiple glass panels and floating shiny crystals appears in his vision.
Yuuji raises his head and stares at the roof. There is a giant chandelier hung from the ceiling. A gigantic hexagonal crystal is embedded in the chandelier. The giant crystal releases faint blue light and illuminates the entire area.
Yuuji slowly stands up.
Argh…
He clutches his stomach in pain.
"Why do I feel like someone stabbed me here?"
He lifts the hem of his cloth and notices various stitch marks around his abdomen.
Sizzle…
White smoke rises from his wounds and the stitches heal rapidly.
He lowers the hemp of his cloth and walks blindly across the room.
BANG…
He slams into a nearby giant crystal and knocks it.
Swoosh… swoosh…
Suddenly, various crystals light up across the room.
"This is…"
Multiple glass capsules with small kids appear in his vision. The capsules are filled with nutritional liquid to sustain them.
He slowly crawls towards the capsule and stares at them with amazement.
"Who are they?"
A question pops in his hand as he slowly inspects the glass containers. He notices his reflection in the glass and questions himself.
"Who am I?"
He stares at his reflection and wonders.
"I am…"
Argh…
"Kill! Kill them! Kill them all! They don't deserve to live! You should kill them!"
Multiple voices ring through his forehead.
AAAH…
Yuuji screams in agony and clutches his forehead in pain.
"Stop it! Stop!"
ARGH…
Crackle… crackle…
Large amounts of blue Ethernano particles gather around him.
AAHH…
"Leave me alone!"
BOOM…
The ethernano particles explode in an enormous explosion shattering nearby crystals and the glass container in the process. A giant blue spherical burst of energy is released with Yuuji as the epicenter.
Rumble… Rumble…
The entire place shakes from the shock waves as the tremendous burst of energy continues to travel outward.
ARGH…
Yuuji clutches his forehead and passes out.
