Capítulo 1: Entering the World of Highschool DxD [Rewrite]

When I came to, I realized that I wasn't in my room anymore. The place I found myself was completely dark, and for some reason, I couldn't control my body. It was like I didn't even have a bod-

"Wait a minute!! I don't have a body right now what the **** happened!?!?!?" I "screamed" into the endless void wondering how I got myself into this situation.

After an unknown duration of time, I was finally able to calm myself down and began searching through my memories hoping to remember anything useful to me right now.

….

….

….

"Nope, can't think of anything,'' I said after searching through my memories for what seemed like hours.

The last thing I could remember was surfing through the internet searching for new novels or manga to read because I was bored.

My name is Yu and I'm eighteen years old. I'm a little above average in terms of wisdom, but I have a habit of losing my bearings whenever I'm under a lot of stress. Well actually not anymore since I overcame that long ago, but it was a problem for me when I was young.

I remember when I was twelve, my family was going through some problems; my mom and dad had cancer and we couldn't afford the medical bills. I was devastated and tried to think of ways to solve our financial crisis. Then me being a twelve-year-old kid who just so happened to know how to use a computer went to the only place I thought I could make some money, the stock market.

When I got on the site I spent half of my family's saving on shares for various companies. In all fairness thinking about it now it was a pretty stupid move on my part, but for some reason, the people in the skies above decided to bless me with a miracle and three days later those shares I paid for started to be worth millions compared to the fifty dollars I spent on them individually. Before I knew it the shares within seven of the eight companies I invested in started to cost so much money to the point where I could make it rain hundred dollar bills.

I was so happy when I saw this and couldn't help myself from telling my parents. When they heard of my success at first they were pretty pissed since I could have lost all of our savings, but after that, they started to praise my luck for turning a hopeless situation into a hopeful one. Hey, I guess telling me where they left their credit cards was useful in the end.

Before long we were able to pay for the hospital fees and my parents were able to get the treatment they needed. However, my family members (the ones who abandoned us when we had no one to rely on) started asking me for money. I had just gone through puberty at the time and my emotions got the best of me, and I didn't want to be near people like that. So I did the most rational thing I could do and told them to go **** themselves before kicking them out of my house (I took boxing lessons as a kid and was very fit and with all of them being out of shape I could easily overpower them). After that, I cut all connections with them.

Not wanting those guys to find us anymore, I sold my house and moved me and my parents to another city where I started a new quiet life. Then because I wanted my parents to enjoy the finer things in life I bought a big house for us. Sadly like most cancer patients my parents eventually lost their fight with cancer and died.

I was sixteen and orphaned, but I didn't blame my parents I mean it's not like I was a god that could defy mother nature. In the end, I was sad but I tried to move on. I still had money from my stock market portfolio left but knowing that it wouldn't last forever I tried to find a way to make more money. After thinking it over I went to the only place I thought I could make a living, the stock market. Just like how my first dealing with the stock market I spent money on various companies and just waited to see if I got lucky. Most cases worked while some didn't but all and all I think I did pretty well.

As for my personal life, I still went to school, but my home life didn't amount to much. I was never really much of a people person, but I did interact with people when I had to, like when I had to go to the supermarket, school, or the gym.

Eventually, I started getting into anime, manga, and web novels. I wasn't a hardcore Otaku but I did appreciate the craft behind it. Time went on and my life continued to run, but I started to get bored with my lonely life. When I turned eighteen I even wished that my life became as exciting as the lives I read about in the books I read.

After that, the last thing I could remember was surfing through the internet before passing out, but I didn't know how I ended up in this dark gloomy place.

"Hello~! Is anyone there?," I yelled getting tired of waiting, "If this was like a novel there should be a god here to give me an explanation or something like that."

"...You like your cliches don't you?"

"Who's there?!" I shouted not expecting an answer.

"I'm the god you have been waiting for, I wanted to test your patience so I waited until you called for me."

"Wow, that's a pretty dick move." I thought

"You know I can even read your mind right?" God said in a neutral tone as if he wasn't even bothered by my comment.

"*Cough**Cough*, So why am I here?"

"Think of it as a cliche"

"I died!?!?!,"

"While you were living your life, the family you cut ties with tracked you down to try and get your fortune. When the time was ripe they broke into your house in hopes of stealing all your valuables. Although since you weren't one to keep things like that they killed you out of anger before leaving the scene of the crime."

"What the ****!!!," I shouted ignoring the fact that the person before me was a god, "What happened afterward? There's no way they could have gotten away scot-free right?!"

"No, they didn't," God replied allowing me to sigh in relief knowing the people who killed me didn't get away, "In fact not long after the crime they were hunted down by many powerful people in your world who later executed them after having them go through a few days of torture."

"Wait?... What?"

"You didn't know," God replied in a surprised tone, "Because of all your constant trading in the stock market you helped invest in many companies in many different career fields. Those companies would later make brilliant breakthroughs in technology, medicine, and other fields that later would help benefit the world as a whole."

"..."

"The governments of the world even named a day after you to honor you for all the contributions you have done for humanity." God continued, "It should have been on the news didn't you see it?"

"Um... I don't follow the news," I said in an awkward tone, "The last time I checked the news was when I was twelve…"

"..."

"..."

"..."

"...So~," I said no longer able to handle the silence, "Why am I here?"

"...Due to gaining a large amount of positive karma in your life you have received the chance to be reincarnated into another world." God said, "Also because the amount of karma is beyond the usual requirement to receive this benefit I will also allow you to choose the world you are reincarnated in with five wishes."

"...", Shocked by this opportunity I wasn't able to say anything since my mind went blank.

"...Are you going to tell me your five wishes or do you want to give up this opportunity?"

"I'll take it!" I shouted after hearing God's words, "Just let me think for a minute."

"Very well."

----

After thinking over the world I would reincarnate I decided that it would be entering the world of Highschool DxD. As for the reason, well I'm sure other guys like myself would know the reason.

Following that my five wishes were:

1) A support system, not only would it help me grow faster but it would also have a few more added benefits built in it

2) A Heavenly World like the one in the novel Shadow Hack. Unlike normal pocket dimension, I heard people wish for in fan-fic a Heavenly World was different. Not only did it have the potential to become a planet but it also gave the owner World Power that can be used for a multitude of things.

3) A Knights order similar to Devil Pieces, however, mine would be superior and came with thirty-two available positions compared to the Devil Pieces fifteen.

4) A Primordial Bloodline that would let me tap into the powers of supreme beings so powerful that they could destroy entire universes

5) And I wanted to be reincarnated as Issei Hyoudou's adopted older brother, but I didn't want our ages to be too far apart.

"And that's about it," I said conveying my wishes to God.

"I have two questions."

"Shoot, I'm all ears."

"Why didn't you wish to be Issei instead? From previous experiences whenever I reincarnated a person into a world from a manga or anime they always wanted to be the main character. So why don't you want to be Issei Hyoudou?"

"Simple I want to keep my original name, and I want to make the world of Highschool DxD more interesting if Issei stayed while I an enigma entered into the mix. Plus I don't want people to know I reincarnated into that world and I think if I was connected with Ddraig I would be found out immediately."

"Interesting, and for the next question, how do you want your Knight's Order to be structured?"

"Okay so the order will consist of thirty

pieces: two [Lords] that will assist me in managing my Knights Order when I'm not around in desperate situations, four [Sabers] that will act as my sword, four [Casters] that will act not only as magic support but also as advisors, four [Berserkers] that can be considered my wild cards, and sixteen [Vanguard] who's class can be changed to fit the position I give them. I also want the pieces to have the ability to bring out my subject's full potential."

"Okay, I will arrange all that for you, good luck young man and I wish you live a happy life."

"Thank you and goodbye."

Saying those words my consciousness started to fade.
