While Elder Axzul informed the many cultivators about the first test they'll be facing, giving them a shallow amount to go off of, she suddenly floated to the side the moment she stopped speaking, prompting the crowd of tens of thousands of cultivators to surge towards the massive dimensional rift.
"Alright, Elaine, that's your cue." Said Elif lightly as he kissed Elaine on the cheek while gently pushing her off his lap, causing her to pout.
"Hmph, fine. Make sure to keep your lap nice and warm for my return." Said Elaine with a nod as she stood up and brushed her hair behind her shoulder, causing Elif to smirk as he gestured to Illumia.
"Did you hear that, Illumia? Looks like you'll get the privilege of sitting on my lap." Remarked Elif lightly with a faint smirk while gesturing to Illumia, who glanced at him but didn't move a muscle as Elaine stared daggers.
"Tsk, Brother, that's not funny; you know I don't like it when other women are close to you." Stated Elaine with a deep frown as she stared at Illumia before glancing at Elif, who chuckled while dismissively waving his hand.
"I'm merely joking, Elaine; now go on; the longer you wait, the longer you'll be without my lap." Said Elif with an amused expression as he lay on the seat and glanced at Elaine, who skeptically eyed Illumia before reluctantly leaving.
When Elaine finally left the carriage, a few moments passed, and she suddenly opened the door while staring at us, causing me to roll my eyes as I blew her a kiss, which seemed to do the job as she closed the carriage door once more, and this time, she actually left for the dimensional rift.
Since I'd have nothing to do for about a day until she returned, I stood up and went to cultivate, though while stretching, I sensed a familiar someone rapidly flying this way, and unfortunately, for him, we weren't on good terms, quite the opposite actually.
"Heh, I'll be right back." Said Elif lightly with a murderous look in his eyes as he exited the carriage while Illumia and Maxim nodded, though not after giving each other a look.
Leaving the carriage, I floated towards the dimensional rift and hovered directly in front of it, causing Axzul to give me a weird look, but I ignored her and focused entirely on the bluish aura flying through the sky, heading directly for me. When the person arrived, they came to an immediate halt, causing the bluish aura surrounding them to vanish as that insect Comet appeared floating in the air.
"I-I'm not late, am I!?" Asked Comet anxiously as he glanced at Axzul, yet before she could respond, a giant purple palm suddenly appeared overhead while its incredibly potent Qi bore down on him, forcing him out of the air.
Watching Comet crash into the ground from my Qi, I controlled my palm to follow after him before grabbing his body and lifting him into the air as I brought him to me.
"Did you think I was spouting lies, Comet? I told you, did I not? The instant you leave the Divine Phoenix Clan, your life is no longer in your hands; now, it's in mine." Remarked Elif overbearingly as he stared at the angry and struggling Comet, who, despite absorbing his Qi through his system, couldn't so much as muster any strength before him.
"F-Fuck you, Elif!" Yelled Comet angrily as he glared at Elif, who raised an eyebrow in amusement while further squeezing his palm, causing him to grunt in pain.
I wasn't the kind of person who enjoyed letting my enemies suffer; I preferred to kill right away, and I was about to do just that by crushing both his body and soul to death, ensuring he'd never be a nuisance to me and Elaine again, yet before I could, Elder Axzul suddenly appeared floating right beside him, causing me to frown as I could already imagine that he will somehow escape this plight.
"He's not a disciple of the Realm Sect, so killing him shouldn't be a problem." Said Elif with a frown as he stared at Axzul, who nodded in agreement before shifting her focus to Comet.
"You're correct, Prince Elif; however, if he intends to participate in the entrance exam for the Realm Sect, I'll have to ask you to spare his life. Do you intend to participate in the exams, young man?" Stated Axzul lightly with a nod as she looked at Comet, who rapidly nodded his head while grunting in pain, prompting her to glance at Elif.
"If I don't wish to and I kill him anyways?" Asked Elif as he glanced at Axzul curiously, causing her to sigh softly while pointing behind her.
"On behalf of Sect Master Charuli, the Realm Sect will have to ask you to hand over your disciple medallion and leave; this young man may not be of any importance, but the Realm Sect is very strict about its rules, Prince Elif." Replied Axzul softly as she looked at Elif, who furrowed his brows at her words.
After giving her words some thought, I eventually decided killing him right now wouldn't be worth it, which was a little annoying since this is two times now that I've been stopped from killing Comet, though unlike what happened in the Divine Phoenix Clan, I'm not upset with Elder Axzul; she has no intentions to stop me and is merely informing me of the consequence of what I'll face if I do kill him, which isn't worth losing my disciple status.
"Tsk, well, aren't you one lucky insect; though, you know what they say, the third time is the charm." Said Elif in slight annoyance as he glanced at Comet before waving his hand, causing his purple palm to dissipate and freeing him.
"You chose correctly, Prince Elif; I don't know what grudge you two have, but killing this man wouldn't have been worth it. Besides, you'll have plenty of opportunities to kill him in the future; it's only a matter of time." Stated Elder Axzul as she nodded at Elif before glancing at Comet, who was looking at her in annoyance.
"Hmph, if you're already a disciple of the Realm Sect, why are you even here!? Were you just waiting for me? Did you wish to kill me that badly!?" Exclaimed Comet angrily as he glared at Elif with hatred, causing him to raise an eyebrow, though he promptly ignored him, only for his eyes to suddenly widen while he smirked.
"Wait… Elaine, she should be of age now, right? That means you must be here for her; you're here to support your sister. If you're here, then Elaine must be participating in the exam… Hehe, if I find Ela-" Added Comet with a grin as he stared at Elif, whose eyes suddenly narrowed, causing him to wickedly smile as he rubbed his hands while his expression turned increasingly lewd, yet he was interrupted before he could finish.
Before he could utter Elaine's name with his filthy mouth once again, I lunged forth and simply used the strength of my physique to grab him by the neck as I squeezed, choking him, and despite his attempts to fight back, the difference in cultivation made it so he was barely able to scratch my physique.
"Do not push your luck, Comet. Disrespect Elaine one more time, and I'll permanently turn you into a eunuch." Stated Elif coldly with an indifferent expression as his purple eyes spewed killing intent at Comet, who was barely able to harm him.
'Actually, that's not a bad idea, turning him into a eunuch for some time.' Thought Elif with a faint smirk as he suddenly immobilized Comet with his Qi before summoning Hokori from his dimension ring.
"Illumia." Said Elif as he exited Hokori to his left, causing Illumia to suddenly appear while she helped him unsheathe his sword.
"Unfortunately, I don't have the tools required to permanently turn you into an eunuch, but a few weeks of you being a woman should suffice." Remarked Elif with a wicked smile, his words striking fear within Comet as he tried his damnedest to move, yet he was far too weak to overpower his Qi.
Using Hokori, I sliced a hole in his pants, revealing his manhood, only to position the tip of my blade right above his crotch, and without further ado, in one swift motion, I sliced right through his manhood, causing his cock and testicles to fall to the ground along with copious amounts of blood; I could see Comet's facial expression scrunch in pain, yet he wasn't even able to scream thanks to my Qi immobilizing him.
Handing Illumia Hokori, I released Comet, causing him to fall to the ground alongside his manhood while he loudly screamed in pain, his voice nearly unbearable; though thankfully, it didn't last for long as he reached into his dimension ring and consumed a pill, which healed his wound, but it didn't regrow his body part.
"Will I be punished for that?" Asked Elif curiously as he glanced at Axzul, who gulped before nodding.
"Yes, you'll lose three months of resources." Replied Axzul lightly as she looked at Elif while occasionally glancing at Comet, who looked furious beyond belief.
"Huh, only that? That's quite the deal." Muttered Elif in surprise as he looked at Axzul before glancing at Comet, who was staring at him with unbridled hatred and fury, one that wouldn't dissipate until the other died.
Ignoring Comet, I flew back towards my carriage with Illumia following behind me while holding Hokori, and it's sheathe, which both needed to be cleaned after what I just performed.
"That was… Rather brutal, your Highness." Said Maxim softly as he glanced at Elif, who causally yawned while waving his hand.
"I hardly call that brutal; after all, you know what happened with the last person who dared to harm Elaine. They're within the depths of the Royal Dungeon, sentenced to eternal punishment via every torture method that exists; I've even participated in quite a few of them." Remarked Elif lightly as he glanced at Maxim, who nodded with a wry expression, vividly remembering what had happened in the fake treasure realm.
