Capítulo 217: Chapter 217: Suscila The Fiancé
With Elaine and I having finished bathing, one of us in a far better mood than the other, we walked through the palace and headed to where Echo and Mada were; from what I could tell through my divine sense, it looked like they had their servants lead them through the palace, seemingly giving them a tour.
Since they were also constantly moving, and neither of us was in a hurry, it took several minutes before we finally met up with the two Asuras, and it just so happened to be near the throne room.
"Ah, Prince Elif, we were just getting a tour of the palace, and I must say, this place is utterly beautiful; it makes me feel like the Asura Clans Manor is just an average house." Stated Echo with a smile as she turned around, noticing Elif and Elaine, along with their attendants, before approaching them.
"I appreciate the compliment, but the Asura clan is quite unique in its own right; I've never seen so many statues of just muscles in one place that has to account for something, no?" Replied Elif with a slight smile as he summoned his Quạt tay and fanned himself, his words causing Echo to display a large, prideful smile.
"Hehe, well, what can I say? We Asuras love muscles, and I'm no exception." Said Echo as she placed two hands on her hips, folded her other two arms just underneath her large breasts, and flexed her final two arms, displaying her large biceps.
"Anyways, Miss Muscles, as you two can obviously tell, this is Elaine August, my beloved little Sister and the Crown Princess of the Elven Empire." Declared Elif with a large smile as he used his Qi, creating an illusory background of flowers behind Elaine, causing her to look even more beautiful than usual.
"It's delightful to finally meet one of Brother's acquaintances, Echo Krodh; you as well, Mada Krodh." Said Elaine with a charming smile as she grabbed the hem of her dress and gave a greeting bow, her actions causing Mada to blush from her beauty while Echo merely smiled.
"It's a pleasure to meet you as well, Princess Elaine; I was hoping I'd get the chance to meet you at my coming-of-age birthday celebration, but Prince Elif had said you were doing something rather important. Anyways, I'm glad I could at least meet you now." Stated Echo with a large smile as she also gave a slight bow before intently observing her physique, something Elif noticed, which caused him to smirk mischievously.
"Y-Yes, it's w-wonderful to also m-meet the person Prince Elif a-always speaks about; I-I must say, h-his words, d-doesn't do you any j-justice, y-you're much more c-charming than he led y-you on to be, Princess Elaine." Said Mada as he stepped forward and slightly bowed while constantly stuttering in nervousness, his cheeks noticeably blushing.
"Hehe, I appreciate the compliment, Mada." Commented Elaine with a soft chuckle, which sounded like the laughter of an immortal to Mada.
"Eh, what's wrong with you, Mada? Why are you so nervous?" Questioned Echo with a raised eyebrow as he glanced at Mada, who just gave her an annoyed glare.
"You should know I'm not good at dealing with women, Sister; I always get slightly nervous when speaking to one; that's why I tend to avoid them. And Princess Elaine's sheer beauty is only making this many times more difficult for me." Stated Mada in annoyance as he looked at Echo, who tilted her head before nodding, while Elaine laughed again.
"Hmm, now that you mention it, I do remember you saying something like that some years ago; is that why, despite being so old, you still don't have a fiancé?" Remarked Echo with a thoughtful expression before nodding while glancing at Mada.
"If I'm not mistaken, haven't you already rejected roughly fifteen marriage proposals, Sister? Also, I'm not the one without a fiancé." Said Mada with a slight smirk, his words causing Elaine to frown slightly as she glared at Echo.
"How can I accept someone's marriage proposal when I'm already in love, Mada?" Declared Echo passionately as she rested her hand atop her breasts while displaying a lovely smile, which caused Elaine to glance between Echo and Elif, her killing intent growing by the second.
"I will never go against my heart; my love of muscles is eternal! Nothing and no one will ever get in the way of that!" Added Echo solemnly as she raised three fists into the air while flexing, showing off her magnificent physique.
"Haa, I'm not going to have this argument with you again, Sister; whatever you say." Muttered Mada as he rubbed his face in exhaustion while sighing.
'Why am I not surprised she was going to say that?' Mused Elif as he looked at Echo, who was appreciating her own body currently, while Elaine's killing intent had vanished, though she was still slightly wary of Ehco.
"Anyways, your muscles are cool and all, Echo, but Elaine is mine, Mada. Don't try anything funny; if you do, I'll kick you out of the Elven Empire." Stated Elif seriously as he stood behind Elaine and wrapped his arms around her abdomen while resting his chin on her shoulder, calmly looking at Mada, who awkwardly smiled.
"Eh, I-I'm sorry if I overstepped my boundaries, Prince Elif; I didn't mean anything like that; it's just the first time I've seen someone as beautiful as Princess Elaine. Besides, I wouldn't dare do anything; if my fiancé ever found out I had flirted with anyone other than her, she'd get furious, to say the least." Replied Mada with a slight bow while awkwardly smiling, which slowly morphed into one of slight fear.
"Hmm, a fiancé, that's not something I was expecting; who is it?" Asked Elif curiously with a raised eyebrow as he looked at Mada while Echo snickered.
"Someone completely out of my league, if I'm being honest; her name is Suscila, and she's the Patriarch's niece of the Immortal Ocean Clan." Said Mada with a defeated sigh, his words surprising both Elif and Elaine.
"The Immortal Ocean Clan? I suppose that somewhat explains why they had sent me a note a few days ago that said they would like to attend my birthday celebration; it must've been your fiancé, Suscila." Stated Elif in slight surprise, though his words caused Mada to show fear.
"I-Is that true, Prince Elif? Will the Immortal Ocean Clan be attending your birthday celebration?" Asked Mada fearfully as he ran up toward Elif and Elaine, practically begging him.
"Calm down, and technically, no, they won't be attending, at least not officially. Someone from the Immortal Ocean clan will indeed be attending, but it won't be in the name of the Ocean Clan; after all, we can't have the other Immortal Hegemnoies thinking we've formed some kind of alliance or anything." Said Elif as he forcefully pushed Mada back with a gust of his Qi while Mada collapsed onto his knee in defeat from what he said.
Looking at Mada just collapse, I looked up at Echo, hopping for her to elaborate, but other than shrugging her shoulders, she did no such thing, which caused me to ignore it as well; I wasn't that interested, just a little surprised how Mada, someone from an Ancient Clan, and Suscila, someone from an Immortal Clan, ended up in a marriage contract.
'Eh, well, I'll learn about it later. Right now, it's time to get my little revenge for forcing me to listen to her heavenly moans.' Mused Elif with a smirk as he kissed Elaine on the cheek before glancing at Echo.
"Echo, it's good that you've finally met Elaine because she's been looking for a way to strengthen her physique, and I was hoping you could help her." Stated Elif with a smirk, his words causing Ehcho to look passionately at Elaine while excessively nodding her head.
"Hmm, I did?-" Said Elaine, but before she could finish speaking, Elif closed her mouth with his hand and immobilized her with his Qi.
"Why didn't you say so earlier, Prince Elif!? I'll gladly help Princess Elaine. So, Princess Elaine, what muscle group do you wish to strengthen? Is it the biceps, triceps, or maybe it's your forearms, as they are looking a little small-" Declared Echo in extreme passion as she neared Elaine and started talking about muscles while Elif slowly removed himself from the two's conversation.
'Hehe, this what you get for teasing me in the bath, Elaine.' Said Elif via divine sense with a smile as he and Illumia walked away from the scene of Mada lying on the ground and Echo informing Elaine about all of the muscles while she stood there with a forced smile.
With Elaine being preoccupied with Echo for some time, I decided to go find Idonea and Marley; hopefully, teasing them will help me improve my mood.

"My oh my, do you guys always come in pairs?" Remarked Elif with a smirk as he, Elaine, Echo, and Mada stood near the entrance of the royal grounds while watching two carriages enter.
"No, Prince Elif." Said a masculine voice from the wooden carriage covered in flowers.
"Really, Birger? Didn't the two of you also arrive at Echo's birthday celebration at the same time?" Questioned Elif with an amused smirk as he glanced at the frontmost carriage before looking at the second carriage, which looked like your average carriage, but its color constantly changed.
"It's merely a coincidence, Prince Elif." Said a feminine voice from the second carriage.
"Sure, sure, whatever you say, Birger and Eyvor." Stated Elif with a grin, his words causing Birger and Eyvor to sigh at his innuendo.
