Lu Yinan bolted after her and shouted, "Zhou Shuang, listen to me!"

Regardless of whether Zhou Shuang had the wrong idea about the woman earlier on or not, he wanted to explain.

He was afraid that she would struggle so he pressed her firmly against the wall. He then gripped her shoulders and looked at her squarely. "I don't know the woman and she merely said hello and sat across me. Out of courtesy, I just replied and said hi."

"You need not explain to me," Zhou Shuang replied nonchalantly. "The air-conditioning wasn't working in my room. So I went downstairs to get the staff to check for me."
