Unbeknownst to kyoji that he had caught the eye of Chancellor Thorns. He and his teammates deep within the ninth floor of the gods Tower simulation were facing their toughest challenge yet.

They emerged from what looked like an underground cave, their bodies covered in dirt and cuts that oozed blood. Hana appeared to be in the worst shape. Although she didn't have many visible injuries, her face was ashen, drained of energy.

One look at the group, their expressions etched with exhaustion, told a story of hardship and struggle.

"I'm never listening to your suggestions again," Clara declared, pointing an accusing finger at Nick.

"We should've known Stoneface makes better decisions than you."

Nick, too exhausted to argue, remained silent. The rest of the group, equally weary, simply found spots to rest and recover. Despite her paleness, Hana summoned her remaining strength to heal her teammates as best she could.
