Capítulo 13: Chapter 13: The Meeting with Chi-Chi

Goku soared into the sky, focused on finding Chi-Chi. He knew that her father, the Ox-King, was deeply worried about her, and Goku was resolute in ensuring her safety. The thought of reuniting Chi-Chi with her father, and the promise of the Dragon Ball, drove him forward.

Goku's sharp eyes soon spotted Chi-Chi wandering in the distance, her movements hesitant and her face etched with concern. He descended gracefully, landing right in front of her. Chi-Chi gasped, her eyes wide with surprise and fear. She instinctively took a step back, clutching the handle of her helmet as if it could protect her.

"Who... who are you?" Chi-Chi asked, her voice trembling slightly as she tried to muster some courage.

Goku smiled warmly, sensing her anxiety. "My name's Goku! I'm here to help you. Your dad, the Ox-King, sent me."

Chi-Chi's eyes widened with recognition. "You know my dad?"

"Yep! He's a friend of my Grandpa Gohan. He told me you were out here, and I wanted to make sure you were safe." Goku's reassuring smile seemed to ease some of Chi-Chi's apprehension.

"Thank you, Goku," she said, her voice softening with relief. "I was so scared... I didn't know how I was going to get back home."

"No problem at all!" Goku responded cheerfully. "I'll get you back to your dad in no time. But first, are you okay? You looked pretty worried out here alone."

Chi-Chi nodded, her face reflecting her gratitude. "I'm okay now. I was just frightened being out here on my own."

"Good! Let's get you back then," Goku said, extending his hand to her. Chi-Chi hesitated momentarily before accepting his hand, feeling a comforting sense of security in his presence.

Goku then lifted Chi-Chi into his arms with ease. With a powerful push off the ground, they soared into the sky. Chi-Chi gasped at the sudden lift but quickly wrapped her arms around Goku's neck, feeling a mix of excitement and safety in his embrace. The sensation of flying was both exhilarating and calming.

As they ascended, Chi-Chi looked up at Goku, who was focused on their flight. She admired his strength and determination, feeling a sense of awe at his capabilities. Despite his somewhat naïve demeanor, there was something undeniably charming about him, making her feel a little less scared.

Within minutes, they arrived back at Fire Mountain. The Ox-King was anxiously waiting, pacing back and forth. When he saw his daughter in Goku's arms, safe and sound, his face lit up with profound relief.

"Chi-Chi! You're safe!" the Ox-King exclaimed, his voice a mix of joy and relief as he rushed over to them.

Goku gently set Chi-Chi down, and she quickly ran into her father's arms, hugging him tightly. "I'm okay, Daddy. Thanks to Goku."

The Ox-King turned his attention to Goku, his eyes filled with gratitude. "Thank you, Goku. I don't know how I can ever repay you for bringing my daughter back safely."

Goku grinned, waving off the thanks. "No need to repay me! I was happy to help. It's what friends do."

The Ox-King's smile grew wider. "You truly are your grandfather's grandson. If there's anything you need, just ask."

Goku nodded, appreciating the offer. "Actually, there's one more thing I need to discuss. We're still on a quest for the Dragon Balls, and your help has been invaluable. We're hoping to get the Dragon Ball you've been keeping."

The Ox-King's expression brightened. "Of course! I was keeping it safe, but I'd be honored to give it to you as a token of my gratitude."

Goku's eyes lit up with appreciation. "Thank you so much! It means a lot to us."

The Ox-King reached into a secure pouch on his belt and pulled out the Dragon Ball, handing it over to Goku with a smile. Chi-Chi, standing by her father's side, watched the exchange with admiration. Goku's kindness and bravery had made a strong impression on her.

As they prepared to leave, Goku turned to Chi-Chi once more. "I'll come back to visit you soon, okay?"

Chi-Chi nodded, her cheeks flushing slightly. "I'd like that. Thank you again, Goku."

With that, Goku, Bulma, and Oolong set off once more on their journey. They waved goodbye to the Ox-King and Chi-Chi, who stood together watching them depart. As they flew off into the distance, Goku couldn't help but feel a deep sense of accomplishment. He had not only made significant progress in his quest for the Dragon Balls but had also forged new friendships along the way.
