Capítulo 3: CHAPTER 3 Melancholy
Mrs. Staff treated my wounds and gave me a healing potion, by Mrs. Staff I mean Mia.
She is Sofia's mother, her husband Roland Staff died four years ago. apparently she and Miss Mary are blood sisters.
After bandaging, Mary integrated me, I tried several times to make up a story, but I was not able to deceive her.
In the end I had to told them about Duke's family and the reason I leaved the mansion.
But they didn't forced me to go back as I thought they would, apparently there is past drudge between Miss Mary and Duke David.
"Wait, You said that duke david is your father than could it be your mother name is Kira?" when Mrs. Staff asked this question I noticed the slight glance of her on Miss Mary. I don't know why they know the name of my mother but I still nodded.
"You said your father disregard you because of your E ranked divine soul, but that shield didn't look like E rank and you were even able to kill four devil birds" Miss Mary asked me.
"Because my divine soul is not that shield but this" I show them my magic screen "magic screen it was E rank when awake but it evolved recently".
"If it evolved then why did you left your home just show your father your ability" this time Mrs. Staff was the one to ask.
"That because I don't want to live with those evil people. my father is the most evil person I have ever saw in my life. I have even heard that my mother was forced to married him".
"I know he is an evil person but to think that I would hear it from his own son" Mary sigh and said, although her words seems funny but dont know why I can feel the pain in her voice.
"but your abilities have to be very good for you to enter the territory of Sunrise Kingdom without been seen by knights" Mrs. Staff seems to be trying to change the subject.
"I know you can come with us, we are going back to the kingdom from our mission, right aunt Mary" Sofia said cheerfully.
Mrs Staff nodded at that and ask me "so what are you planning to do afterward".
"Nothing special I will just work anywhere I can get a job for three years to accumulate enough money then I will go to any decent magic academy, I sure I will be able to get scholarship" when I finished my sentence I notice three if them looking at me.
"I have never thought that such a small kid can think so far ahead" Mrs. Staff remark.
Crap! I forgot that I looks eight years old.
"By the way, what ability do you have?" this was Sofia's question.
"Well, I can Create magic items for temporary use, the items disappear after its magic power run out".
"Can you show me?".
"Yea, why not [Create]!" I created a flute.
Magic Flute - D rank
Description - It has a healing and calming effect on the listener.
I play the flute, I have some practice but of course, since it is a D rank magic item It sounds good even if I can't play well.
When I finished the tune, I notice all three of them was actually listening very closely may be I have became quite good at this.
It decided that I will be traveling with them till the goldensky city.
"Oh" Mrs. Staff seems to remember something "we don't have any extra tent"
"That's no problem, [Create]!" I used the spell to create a single person size tent.
"Such convenient power! I am really jealous" Sofia said in somewhat funny manner.

In the silent night when Ethan is sleeping soundly, outside of their tents Mary was sitting beside firewoods gazing at the moon in some kind of melancholy.
At this time despites her strong senses she didn't even realised when Mia has already came beside her "Sis" Mia asked in a very mild voice.
Suddenly hearing her voice Mary came out of her gaze state but she neither said anything nor looked towards her, Mia also didn't said anything and just sat beside her sister.

The next morning we wrap up our tents, put them in storage tool and departed for the goldensky city.
Normally divine souls doesn't have storage abilities so people normally use storage type magic tools.
As we were walking in a forest I kept on the map all the time.
Mrs. Staff look at the map "this divine soul of your is much more convenient then I thought".
I nodded "yea it don't has any strong combat abilities, but in terms of other features it is best".
The next moment I detect something on the map, "there are three wild wolves up ahead".
Wild Wolves - rank: D
Description - They are normal type wolves which travels in packs.
Miss Mary chuckle "Such small fries, it would be a good training for Sofia to fight a wild wolf" she release her divine soul " Sofia be ready, I will kill two of them and will leave the last for you".
"Wait, please let me handle other two" I stopped Miss Mary since I want to check my new powers".
"If you say so, but be careful".
"OK, we are about there".
Just as I said those words, Sofia released her divine soul. An Scarlet red Staff appear in her hand, the staff has superb red luster and a beautiful red crystal at the top.
Scarlet Flame Staff - rank: A
Description - A stronger version of fire staff, it has higher fire power and larger range. It's scarlet flame can easily melt any metal.
It is a different divine soul than Mrs Staff, maybe she inherited from her father.
After walking little more we finally saw the wild wolves, they seems to have hunt down few rabbits not long ago and was having a dinner.
"Be ready [Create!]" I created two things first was magic gun which I hold in my left hand and the other thing is a sword.
Steel Sword - rank: D
Description - a strong sword made from hard steel.
The sword I created is an smaller version of longsword as I can't handle the full size well enough because of my eight years old body.
