World War Three saw the Earth ravaged; devastation rained.
In a war to end all wars, Russia dropped 'Heaven's Kiss', a bomb campaign so destructive as to flatten three-quarters of habitable land on Earth. All other major players in this war ceased to exist and, at the cost of ruling over nothing, Russia prevailed.
Four intercultural city-states were forged from the living soil: Southville, Northville, Eastville, and Westville. From the terror that had been established, with only a thin, layered, bulletproof dome of lead shielding the states from nuclear wasteland, what can still become of humanity?
