Capítulo 231: Love, that conquered all!

"Mr Devian is present inside." The maid informed and then stood aside. 

Xavier stood there for a few moments and then opened the door, entering inside. The maids didn't dare question or stop him. The room of the previous King wasn't just a bedroom but was more like a little hallway that was decorated and kind of secluded for personal meetings with family or friends. It continued into another area that was the actual bedroom. 

He was expecting to meet Blair and Devian in the seated area but they weren't present there. He could hear the low voices of their cautious chatter and from that he could tell that they were present in the bedroom. 

For some reason, his pace slowed down as he moved in without making any noise. He was sure they could hear the additional heartbeat around them but when they didn't stop talking, he assumed that they mistook him as the maid.
