They all finished packing a vehicle that they picked from the garage that was a Riot Vehicle that was like a tank on wheels with more space along with weapons on it, they packed the things they thought they could use and double checked the facility.
Tai went down to Dan-3 where she entered the cells where some of the creatures was still inside the cages, when she walked closer to them she could feel a connection to them.
When she saw some of the human infected ones they would hit the glass trying to get to Tai, she doesn't understand why the animals or what some of the animalistic creatures bowed down to her along with a connection she could feel with them was making her feel like she understood what they went through and that she could trust them with obeying her.
Tai walked over then pulled a lever down watching the cells in the right side open as different animal-like creatures stepped out, they kept their heads down then sat in front of Tai.
Tais eyes turned black where she could feel the invisible lines connecting to them all, she gave them orders to go down the mountain to protect the uninfected humans at her base as she showed them mentally the location. She also gave them instructions not to attack humans unless they was hurting other humans but not infecting those they do attack.
All the animals ran from the room while a few waited behind refusing to leave without it's Master, Tai understood then set up the door to the infected human part of the cells to where she could blow the doors open after she leaves the facility to where the dogs as Rory puts will have a surprise when they arrive.
Tai made her way up with three creatures that have different features to where you might be able to tell what animals was used when they infected them.
Rory pulled up with Sydney in the passenger side, they both gave Tai a confused look when a big cat-like animal was rubbing its head on Tai's side.
" can you communicate with them " Rory asked with a hopeful look while she saw others running into the forest going different ways down but also in groups.
" Tai why did you release them " Rory said watching two more infected animals that had all their fur gone with muscles on them that triple their size from what they'd normally would be, she noticed they also had a extra skeleton growing over parts of their bodies like the head, chest, sides, back and stomach.
" Let me guess here... a cat, a dog....maybe a monkey of some sort " Sydney said with a smile on her face as the animals gave her a mad look making Tai giggle at their reaction.
" well close....we have a tiger, gorilla and a wolf " Tai said as she watches a giant snake slither over to her then slowly make its way onto the gorilla that showed no concern.
" that's one of the animals that they used Dna from three or four species of snakes to make a deadlier version they could Infect...ok are they riding with us or in the atv vehicle that your taking " Rory said putting her sunglasses on as she watches the gorilla and the tiger jump on top of the Anti-riot vehicle laying down on top but making sure not to mess up any equipment up there as the snake slithers off the gorilla then wraps around a satellite looking piece of equipment as the wolf enters the passenger side of the Atv since the back was packed with some stuff including Tais weapons in case she meets trouble.
Tai pushed a button on a controller, an explosion was felt but they couldn't hear it, Rory looked over at Tai and wanted an explanation on what was going on then several more explosions was felt under them.
" well I just made it to where they'll have a surprise when they do come plus I sealed off half of the floor where your father's offices are " Tai explained making Rory nod her head before they both start up the vehicles so they can head down the mountain to where the cabin is.
The other group has been at the cabin for two days already while they kept looking out for the others to come home while others was not speaking to them until Tai comes home being a little girl who locked herself inside a room only taking her meals that are brought then left by her door.
Ari and Hina kept by the little girls door the second night, they both was trying to think of how to get Joe to come out of her room, they know she's lost everything once and now she might lose Tai as well if the treatment backfires.
" Joe, I need you to come out of there to bath and eat a snack so we can talk properly" Ari said as she softly knocked after she didn't hear the girl reply, Hina furrowed her brows when Joe didn't answer Ari back.
" She always replies to me but won't open the door, maybe she's asleep" Ari said to Hina who was losing her patience as she stepped up to the door knocking louder.
" Joe, open this door right now or I'll knock it down " Hina said making Ari try to stop her, Hina gave her a look telling her to back off.
" Harold..come up and take the door off the hinges for me please " Hina said over radio and Harold was up there a few minutes later with some tools which took him not even two minutes when the door was set to the side.
The room was dark when all three entered then a light flips on from Ari finding the bedside lamp, Hina's heart started pumping harder when she could tell that the lump in the bed was made from pillows as she tore the blanket back.
" Harold have winter check all the cameras, Ari find the two kids that hang around Joe the most" Hina said noticing the weapons that Joe was taught with is now gone along with the back pack that they made for everyone in case they had to quickly leave a place.
Hina walked out of the room being met by Winter who followed her into the room that Hina calls a control room that is set up with a bunch of screens along with hard drives.
" it seems they made sure to avoid the cameras but I caught four shadows leaving the compound" Winter said showing Hina the video, she watches three shadows that was made from the lights they set up around the compound and then she sees another Shadow leave a few minutes after the children leave.
" find out who is missing...have Harold and Nine get a team together while you get my own together to look for them. " Hina said watching some of the trail cams she has set up as she fast forward through them trying to find out which way they went.
" Helena take out six drones in different directions using heat vision to try to find them " Hina said over the radio while she heard people walking back and forth in front of her office getting ready to go out.
" Hina we have our team ready " Nine said walking over to the screens that lined the wall as Hina kept her eyes going from each screen as notifications would light the screen when it found movement.
" There is a lot more infected out in the woods than a few days ago " Hina said sighing loudly, she looked over to another screen that gave her a notification seeing the three children making their way up the mountain to where the road is to go to the base that they left from.
" Shit ...I should have known " Hina said as nine radioed Bec to get the ATVs ready along with bikes so he could go through the forest faster with three other men to catch up to the children.
" Ok Nine will lead a team of six on bikes and the four wheelers to go the way the children went, my team will have Phillip leading half of them on the ATVs on the road going the way we came down along with a Riot truck that has heavy artillery along with the flamethrowers since we have those things that can infuse bodies to them. At least two people need to have flame throwers along with each group in case you run into those things all go with different grenades to break the bigger ones apart before burning them... Sai has already left to catch the children since he's faster than us, Harold will lead the other half of my team on foot to catch up with Sai and the others in case they miss something or the children get separated so he can track their prints." Hina said sitting down in front of the screens that now have all the cameras pulled up so she can watch each one while keeping an eye on her teams who will have cameras, the trail cams they have set up going miles around the base and also the drones that have already been deployed.
