For a while, their urgent voices stacked one atop the other, making the atmosphere extremely rowdy and chaotic.
Song Juwei himself was almost thrown off the chopper, but fortunately, Belial was quick to catch him in time.

For those who are unaware, Rui Ye keeps testing Song Zhuyu’s bottom line again and again. He may act like he rejects Song Zhuyu and wants Song Zhuyu to abandon him for good, but deep down he's just extremely insecure. You guys know how he rarely received kindness and goodwill in his life. So when someone is suddenly kind to him, he simply can't bring himself to accept it. He keeps thinking there will be an end to it someday, keeps waiting for the other shoe to drop. But he doesn't want to be the passive party cos it will make him feel all the more pathetic, hence his nasty schemes toward Song Zhuyu.
So that when the day comes when he is all alone again, he can tell himself “See? I knew this would happen.”

You brought a wounded and wild kitten home, but it scratched you and hissed at you whenever you got close. It hid in unknown corners in your house and unwilling to approach you despite all the treats you've given, because the warm environment is making it anxious. You're making it anxious. It doesn't know your real intentions and doesn't know when you'll stop doing this charity. Instead of being kicked out after getting used to the warm and cozy home, it'd rather be kicked out now… y'know?
But of course, which kitten would choose to roam the streets and fight for survival rather than a safe and secure home?
It just wants your assurance that you will never give up, never abandon it no matter what it does…
