Sinopse
The 8 Great Beings have left the world of Emelia.
The 8 Firstborns, first of their kind, have disappeared or fallen in a comatose state.
Darien, King of Vampires, who was at the top of the Firstborns, trusted his daughters with keeping The Balance and taking care of the humans as the 8 Beings had entrusted him and the other Firstborns.
The Humans, the 9th Race, had made a step to change The Balance by having the princesses kidnapped and experimented on as also many more magical creatures.
Following not only Darien’s daughters but many more of both sides will learn if The Balance will stay intact or they will bring an end to it.

Some great stories and character put together to make a bigger story. It is too early and lots of things seem to be left unanswered, making it looking forward to read more about will happen or why something happened. Looking forward to read more.
I only have one word for this novel, one word only. Are you curious about my one word too? Why so curious? Stop reading to find out my one word man. Omg, please stop being so curious. Curiosity will kill the cat, don't you know this. Fine, seeing how you're so desperate to know my one word. It's collection. What's collection? Obviously, it's adding this novel to your library fool.
Well, first of all, I never liked long chapters. I being a lazy reader used to hate long chapters, but, the first chapter of this novel, even though long hooked me too well to read till the end. Another thing, I was never very interested in vampires and werewolf novels but the plot is too good to keep me away. I am still at the initial stages of the story but still, I can say this is a must-read plot. Even if you are not interested in vampires, werewolves, and other creatures still give it a chance. It's too good to be missed out!
Interesting concept, even if following multiple people is difficult to follow sometimes. Still, it is interesting to find out of everything that happens in this world and the different challenges each character face and everything seems to connect or will connect probably. Looking forward to see them how they will do so.
Hello people reading this! Let me start this review by saying that I had read the first work of the author and can say that this one is an improvement. It contains Vampires, Werewolves and more subjects that are interesting, but the multiple POVs aren't for everyone and can be challenging to follow. Still, this seems like an interesting story to follow and looking forward to read more.
An amazing novel with interesting plot. Was hooked by the synopsis and began reading the chapters. The descriptions are amazingly done. The characters are unique. So far an interesting read. Will be looking forward to know how the war ends between magical creatures and humans [img=recommend][img=recommend]

Realised I didn't leave a review. I won't get into the details, but in the beginning I honestly didn't want to get into this story. The cover was good, expectation high, I thought I'd be disappointed for sure. And I prefer more non-mainstream looking books. Fast forward to today, and I can guarantee that I wasn't disappointed at all. There's an almost nostalgic feeling I get when reading Darien's legacy, like when I play Diablo 2, or when I get together with some old friends for a tabletop game. It's definitely worth giving a try. Thank you, TheShinPen, for writing this.
