The ball of darkness exploded. 

In just a second, darkness spread across the arena, covering everyone's vision.

As the Veil of Darkness activated, it hindered the senses of the mantis. 

But the beastly senses were more developed than humans, and because it entered the berserk state, its instincts became sharper. 

The veil of darkness couldn't completely cut off its senses.

'Attack,' 

Alden willed.

Swoosh! Swoosh! Swoosh!

Ulfr and Little Rainbow released a barrage of wind blades at the mantis. 

Many of the wind blades hit the mantis, injuring it slightly.

The anger in the mantis grew.

Boom!

It dashed, running around the arena, its instinct reaction as it dodged many wind blades. But there were too many to avoid them all. Its anger grew as it couldn't detect its enemies.
