Capítulo 129: Brutally Rejected

"Do you think I would kiss you if I did not trust you?" she asked with a raised brow as if he was a fool to even think that. 

Her eyes turned darker as she leaned a bit on the table while bringing her face closer to him.

She licked her lips seductively while staring back into his eyes that turned darker.  She saw how his Adam apple bobbed up and down as if he was thirsty.

"Anyway. These are not the questions…" his eyes moved away from her lips with some reluctance when she smirked looking at her effect on him.

But when he looked at her eyes, he did not move away. His face had that respect for her and the seriousness that she desired.

"You belong to the light while I am the part of the darkness."  his eyes turned colder and his face looked so emotionless that she did not know if he was feeling anything or not.
