Not being able to tolerate another second of Leo and Sang Tian's nonsense, Fang Haoran had come back home after seeing that his best friend was perfectly fine and healthy except for that wound on his arm. 

Though there was no need for Leo to be staying at the hospital, his wound wasn't that serious and even the doctor who treated him told them that it was alright for Leo to get discharged. But the actor had denied that proposal and instead told them that he was too tired to move and wanted to stay the night at the hospital.
