Capítulo 73: Ambushed

The sky was still dark when Qi Ming Wei woke up. On the side, his phone continued to vibrate.

Qi Ming Wei glanced at the woman sleeping beside him. A breath of relief escaped him upon seeing that she was still sleeping soundly.

He took his phone from the bedside table and frowned. Qi Ming Wei was not expecting anyone to call him at this time. However, seeing the name on the screen made him frown.

Qi Ming Wei quickly rolled off the bed and walked into the living area before he picked up the call. He pressed his phone to his ear for a few minutes before he finally spoke, "I know. I will be there soon."

As the call ended, Qi Ming Wei stared at his phone for a few seconds, as if contemplating the person's request.

After a while, he placed his phone on the coffee table and grabbed his towel before entering the bathroom.

A few minutes later, Qi Ming Wei came out again. Water droplets fell from his hair onto his body.
