Alexa called all the important people. That was good, because I wouldn't have been able to with Lyssa gripping my hand so tightly. And, thankfully, they all showed up quickly. Especially Uncle Shawn and Uncle Dietrich. They had used magic, shadow walking, to get here in practically no time at all. Warrick was at the castle, and he was on his way.

However, Uncle Dietrich said it was best to have him meet us at the hospital, it was closer to him, and it allowed Lyssa to get to the doctors that much sooner. He agreed and changed his course to head over there instead.

"I will carry you, sweetheart." Uncle Dietrich said as he lifted his daughter into his arms. "You will be alright."
