Shin the others helped the surviving villagers within the cave while thinking about what they were going to do first. Vampires, Dragon Worshippers, or whatever they might be, the group didn't care about them right now since all they needed was to beat the crap out of them to progress on their quest.

And while they were busy helping those people with the food issue, Shin sent a dispatched group on the surface to investigate the whereabouts of the vampires that they encountered earlier.

They were also in there to wait for another group to arrive. From the arrangement that they made earlier, S.Tigris and his team were about to arrive in this place.

They still had a contract with them after all, so they were going to make sure to fulfill their side of the contract before settling everything.
