"Who is Paisley to me Mom?" I asked determined to get an answer

Mom was conflicted but finally she sighed

"Jasmine is not good news stay away from her please"she pleaded trying to avoid my question

"I wasn't asking about Jasmine mom but Paisley!" For the first time in my life at least that I could recall I raised my voice at my mom

"If you are curious then follow the doctors instruction and get well soon dammit!" She screamed back

"Well I won't be getting better if I am left in the abyss alone mom. I feel so lost, it feels lonely! I lost a lot of moments about my life. I don't even know who I am and who to let in. You all keep asking me to stay away from Jasmine but no one is telling me why! And Jasmine told me so much about Paisley that doesn't seem right with me but I can't even think for myself mom!" I knew I was been a jerk, it isn't her fault but I can't help it
