The crowd went into a frenzy, unable to handle the whole episode.

But Vikram went into panic mode. He had no idea that Raymond could be this ruthless. He had no idea that he would be unforgiving to this extent that he wouldn't hesitate to run over his own father. 

He looked at Peter and found the same dread, swarming in his eyes as well and at that very moment, they both realized that it was time for them to flee. He could sense that he had been duped. He could sense that he was already trapped in his web, which was intricately woven by the one woman, who meant everything to him.

The feeling of betrayal and fear surrounded him and getting worried about his own future, Vikram fled the main hall along with Peter.
