the plot is trash and MC is IDIOT, i read it on mtl. MC have a cheat that give attribute point from mastering technique, i doesn't matter low or high, he get 1 point leveling up his skill. the point can be used for upgrade skill, body and spirit, fuse the 2 low level skill to become mid level skill. but the plot always force MC to get high level technique, so that fusion is useless, because he always get technique from other..
Translation is very good.. but, as expected from chinese fanfic, plot is complete trash. ..........................................................

The translation is excellent and I have not found any grammar mistakes, so on that front this fanfic is okay. But I have reached chapter 32 and stopped reading cuz I felt the author is constantly nerfed his MC. The MC have a system that can enhance his physique, spirit and talent through points. But instead of using those points to increase his talent (and the his Dou Rank) he uses the points to increase his Qi Method level... I have never seen someone so stupid before! Except for the author nerfing his MC I can't think of another reason for this.. Also, just as any Chinese fanfic, the MC like always is getting tangled uselessly with females and causing stupid misunderstanding. I'm so sick of this that I just dropped it.

The novel is very good, apart from the fact that we have to remove part of our brain to read and use the remaining part to understand the words, which is a challenge and a great one at that. Good luck.
Well i read all the chapters released till Now. The writing quality is superb. The translation is also really good quality. Its just that i would recommend the translator to take up some stories with good plotline and with less elements of addrenaline rush thats generally offered by traditional Xianxia. This story certainly has been polluted by such anxiety inducing writings by the author .
Chapter 233 as I write this. This BTTH fanfic was very well written and kept me hooked, since I read it in two days. The protagonist is nice, has a good personality and even if he's not very smart he's good to read, he just makes you a little angry here and there but then it's justified. The plot revolves around more or less the Xiao family, even though he is put in the same space as the family members and takes some of the opportunities of the BTTH protagonist. It's a fair fic. 8.5/10.
One of best writing qualitys. And the main point that improve it more is that main character won't medel in stupid drama of protagonist.
Both the translation and fic are nice and I recommend giving a try. It's not perfect, as there's a case with changed names in the first chapters (not to the point of harming the reading) and the usual cultivation non-sense of transforming a 3 paragraph matter into a 10-chapter long mini-arc (no salvation with this curse, present in every cultivation work T.T), but still an enjoyable read. The MC has everything to be OP but thanks to the interesting 'Panel' (aka system), and its decent limitations, his growth while heaven-defying, isn't to the point of turning every single battle into a simple exchange of moves, so you can actually enjoy the fights and training. While the MC still steals some of Xiao Yan's boons (it is a divine law to do it in fics :v), he wasn't stupid enough to bully him or leave the 'chosen' pampered by the world poor when he could be used against the HoS. The relationship between the characters is also great. The MC is fair with the old 'gold for gold, blood for blood' rule, and trains some people, even if to do odd jobs for him (something you rarely see, as if it is hard to help the average people a little after being helped lol). There are still some of the old cultivation cliches but not to the point of being abused, which is lovely. Alchemy is used quite late, but different from canon and most BTTH fics, it stays more as a hobby and tool, to be used occasionally instead of sought after more than actual strength.
Until now everything I have read is pretty good but can you tell me what the hell black rank I have though there where only four ranks and they were yellow profound earth and heaven.

Amazing story, I like the pace of the story as well. The powerups for the MC do not feel forced but something the MC worked hard for using his golden finger. Hopefully, MC will fuse his current technique to a high Earth level soon, because from what I read in the novel Low Earth and High Earth rank techniques have a lot of differences in power.
Bien , me gustó, lo leí no como un fanfic sino como una novela aparte... No es algo nuevo ni algo que no se haya leído antes pero tiene su encanto...si esperas una obra maestra no es lo indicado, es más para pasar un buen rato leyendo algo decente y bien escrito ( o traducido ) mientras esperas alguna otra actualización.
Brother everything is ok but how can someone change there Qi method , it is said that if you change it , you will have to start from beginning . Isn't this a loop hole in the story .
