Capítulo 40: Being exposed - part two

Eve froze as she watched the guards hesitate. The minister also looked scared, his gaze darting between Eve and Queen Rohesia.

"How are you sure she's the one?" He whispered into her ear. He had only heard about lady Evilyna; the hybrid to cause destruction. He was not among the few people who had met her and he doubted if Queen Rohesia was right. The person she accused didn't look anywhere like the person she imagined, and she was also as confused as he was. He looked at the mother Queen.

"She is, there's no other way to explain her resemblance," Queen Rohesia explained, her lips pursed distastefully. The minister continued to study Eve, her face still unrecognizable to him.

"Guards!" Queen Rohesia blurted, turning her head slightly to see them as they hurriedly moved to Eve and pulled her by the arm.
