Kiyota landed with a thud on the ground.
"He's gonna escape! Kill him now." Kiyota shouted at Yoruichi.
Watching this from afar, Gin's smile tightened turning sour. "That hollow is becoming quite the nuisance," he said.
Suddenly, Rangiku appeared behind him, grabbing his left wrist while pressing her Zanpakutō to his neck. "Don't move, Gin," she ordered.
Gin's smile never faltered as he addressed Aizen. "Apologies, Captain Aizen. I failed to eliminate that pink-haired Arrancar."
Yoruichi's golden eyes narrowed. "It's over, Aizen. Tell Gin to shut his mouth."
Aizen's expression remained calm, a hint of confusion in his voice. "Over? I'm afraid I don't understand."
"Look around you," Yoruichi replied coldly. "You're surrounded."
As if on cue, more Shinigami appeared. Captain-Commander Yamamoto, flanked by his lieutenant Chōjirō Sasakibe. Marechiyo Ōmaeda and Tetsuzaemon Iba, lieutenants of the 2nd and 7th Divisions. Captain Shunsui Kyōraku of the 8th, with his lieutenant Nanao Ise close behind. Shūhei Hisagi, lieutenant of the 9th, holding his Zanpakutō to Kiyota's neck. And finally, Captain Jūshirō Ukitake of the 13th Division.
"It's over, Aizen." Yoruichi said.
But Aizen merely smiled.
"What's so funny?" Yoruichi demanded, her tone suspicious.
Aizen's voice was calm. "It's time."
Yoruichi's eyes widened in shock. "Suì-Fēng, get back!" she shouted, leaping away herself.
"Tell me, 'Lord Jin,' how did you evade the Hado 90, save the ryoka and kill Tosen in under a second?" Aizen asked, with a smile, looking at Kiyota. "You also know about my betrayal and the Hōgyoku."
Kiyota tensed up.
"I think I know. You have time travelling powers. you are a Time traveller. No matter." Aizen said.
'There's no way... How could he have concluded this from such information? Maybe I had a spy... No. He knows his plan was flawless but was still almost ruined by me. He truly is scary. A real demon. Luck is on my side he doesn't know the extent of my ability. I can't control time, only pause it when I am about to die. If he learned of this..." Kiyota thought to himself as he shivered.
'In the end, I couldn't stop the inevitable.'
"Such confidence. Yes correct. I control time, perfectly. I'll see you soon in Hueco mundo, Aizen." Kiyota said with fake confidence.
A brilliant beam of light suddenly enveloped Aizen, causing the Shinigami to look up in astonishment. The sky above had split open, revealing a massive Kūmon teeming with gillians. Kiyota was unimpressed.
As the gillians to push through the tear, Hisagi's eyes widened in shock. Behind the monstrous hollows was a colossal eye.
"How... how many are there?" Marechiyo stammered, his voice trembling with fear.
Another Negación beam pierced the sky, this time enveloping Gin. He smoothly freed himself from Rangiku's grasp, a hint of regret in his voice. "I wouldn't have minded being your prisoner a while longer," he admitted. "Sorry about this."
The patch of ground beneath Aizen's feet began to rise, lifting him into the air. Iba, his face contorted with rage, prepared to attack, but Yamamoto's stern voice stopped him.
"It's useless," the Captain-Commander explained, his tone heavy with resignation. "The Negación is a rescue technique used by Menos Grande. Its contents exist in another world. Aizen is beyond our reach now."
As the Shinigami watched helplessly, Kiyota suddenly burst into action. With a powerful shove, he pushed Shūhei aside and unfurled his giant wings.
"Goodbye for now, Rukia, Ichigo..."
Kiyota shot into the air and flew to Tosens body. He grabbed him by his shinigami robes and flew back up higher.
"No!" Yoruichi shouted, realising Kiyota's intent. "Capture the hollow"
But her words came too late. Kiyota plunged into a Garganta, disappearing from sight as the portal snapped shut behind him.
The Shinigami stared at the empty space where Kiyota had vanished.
