Capítulo 15: Get away from the bed

'Orihime's brother... I mean, the hollow is going to show up where Ichigo is first. Hopefully, he doesn't do something stupid like rush in. He will be fine, Rukia's there. I should be able to handle a small hollow, right? I'm gonna end it right there and then.' Kiyota though to himself as he arrived at Ichigo's house. Kiyota went up to the front door and ringed the doorbell.

"Hello? Who is it?" Isshin asked as he opened the door.

Kiyota stood at the doorstep, his heart racing with nervousness. He quickly composed himself, putting on a friendly smile as he faced Isshin Kurosaki.

"Good evening, Mr. Kurosaki," Kiyota said politely.

"I'm Kiyota Jin, a classmate of Ichigo's. I was wondering if he's home? We have a... group project to discuss."

Isshin's eyebrows raised slightly, a hint of suspicion in his eyes. "At this hour? That's quite dedicated of you two."

Kiyota nodded, maintaining his composure. "Yes, sir. It's an important assignment, and we wanted to get an early start."

Isshin studied Kiyota for a moment, then his face broke into a wide grin.

"Ah, youth! So passionate about education! ICHIGO!" he suddenly yelled, turning his head towards the stairs. "YOUR FRIEND IS HERE TO STUDY! DON'T DISAPPOINT ME, MY SON!"

Kiyota winced slightly at Isshin's volume but kept his smile in place.

From upstairs, Ichigo's irritated voice called back, "What the hell, Dad? I don't have any—"

Isshin turned back to Kiyota, still grinning. "Go ahead."

Kiyota stepped inside

'I hope I'm not too late,' Kiyota thought as he glanced around nervously.

'The Hollow could appear any minute now.'

Just then, footsteps thundered down the stairs as Ichigo appeared, looking confused and slightly annoyed. His eyes widened in surprise when he saw Kiyota.

"You? What are you doing here?" Ichigo asked, his tone a mix of confusion and suspicion.

"Ichigo..." Kiyota said as he watched Isshin walk away.

"Let's go upstairs first." Kiyota said in a firm tone.

"Okay." Ichigo shrugged.

The two of them started walking upstairs.

"What are you doing here?" Ichigo whispered as they walked down the hall towards his room.

"I felt the presence of a hollow." Kiyota lied.

'Because I've watched the anime.'

"What?" Ichigo exclaimed, stopping dead in his tracks.

"Keep your voice down. I'm sure everything will be fine." Kiyota said calmly as he opened the door to Ichigo's room.

Kiyota's eyes immediately went to Ichigo's wardrobe. He walked up to it, was about to open it.

"What the hell are you doing, Kiyota?" Ichigo said in an angry tone.

"Just watch." Kiyota said with a smile, not looking back.

Kiyota opened the wardrobe, and Rukia tumbled out of a makeshift bed inside to the floor. Rukia was wearing yellow boxed pajamas

"WAHH...YOU...YOU." Ichigo exclaimed with is hand out, pointing a Rukia on the floor.

"Ouch! That hurt, Kiyota." Rukia said, rubbing her head.

"Both of you shut up for a sec. I have something important to tell you. I felt the presence of a hollow here." Kiyota said in a serious tone.

"WHAT?!" both Ichigo and Rukia shouted simultaneously, turning serious.

A sound came from outside Ichigo's room. Kiyota grabbed Rukia and hurriedly pushed her back into the closet.

"Wait there for a sec." Kiyota said, closing the wardrobe door.

Ichigo's bedroom door opened and Yuzu stuck her head in.

"Hey Ichigo! You haven't seen my pajamas, have you?" Yuzu questioned.

"Yuzu, come on knock before you come in. No I haven't." Ichigo said hurriedly.

"Oh hi there. I didn't know Ichigo had friends. My names Yuzu, nice to meet you..." Yuzu said now looking at Kiyota, who was standing near the window.

"Nice to meet you, Yuzu. My names Kiyota. Kiyota Jin." Kiyota said is a relaxed tone.

"Anyway, I'll go. I don't want to bother you two. It's so weird, even my dress is missing." Yuzu said as she closed the door and walked away.

"ICHIGO QUICK GET AWAY FROM THE BED." Kiyota shouted, pointing at Ichigo who was sitting on his bed.

Rukia hears her Denreishinki beeping and opens it to look at the screen. It turned from Blue to yellow. Rukia puts on her Gokon Tekkō and throws open the wardrobe, looking at Ichigo.

"He's right!" Rukia said.

Ichigo's eyes widened as he leapt off the bed, his body tensing for action. "Where? How close?"

Rukia dashed towards Ichigo and jumped, using the momentum to hit Ichigo's face with the Gokon Tekkō. Ichigo's physical body fell to the floor, but his spiritual body flew back with Rukia. Ichigo was now dressed in a black kimono, traditional for soul reapers, his giant zanpakutō was strapped to his back. Kiyota moved swiftly to the other side of the room with Ichigo and Rukia, carrying Ichigo's body.

"There." Kiyota pointed at the bed where Ichigo was sitting seconds ago.

A giant red claw came out of a black portal, trying to grab something. The claw destroyed the bed and the hollow was climbing out of the portal. Ichigo unsheathed his giant sword, destroying the wall while doing it. The hollow had now almost fully came out. The hollow had red skin, a white mask covering the face with long black hair flowing from behind its head. Its claws were sharp, as they grabbed the broken bed. Its hands were muscular, but it had no legs, instead had a serpent like tail.

'Shit, what the hell have I gotten my self into? It looks much scarier in real life than in the anime. Shit!' Kiyota thought, trying not to panic.

"Ichigo, what the hell are you doing? Do something! You have to attack its mask. That's its weak spot." Rukia shouted at him

"CHIDORI!" Kiyota shouted while sticking out his right hand and making his fingers as straight as possible.

Kiyota sent most of his reiatsu into his palm and concentrated. Kiyota's right palm was covered in blue lightning and a loud screeching sound was emitted. This sound caught the attention of the giant hollow, which lunged at him. At the last second, Kiyota dodged to the left. The hollow's hand was extended out, with its claws dug into the wooden floor. Kiyota used this opportunity and jumped up on the hollow's hand.

"NOO!! KIYOTA WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Rukia shouted, her and Ichigo's attention now on the scene that was unfolding.
