Capítulo 4: Love is Love

Liam would have stopped Harry's interrogation if he wasn't also curious. He naturally wasn't the type to be curious about other people's lives. But something was definitely up with this one.

Oliver looked at Harry for a full minute before he simply said, "Sorry."

That was enough to tell them he was not going to give them any answers.

Harry was frowning now but Sophie stepped up to speak, "We have a party this friday night at Harry's. Do you want to come? You'll make a lot of new friends and there are going to be drinks everywhere."

"Sorry. Do not like parties." He turned it down immediately. Although he sounded polite, Sophie was embarrassed.

"Is there anywhere else?" Oliver asked Liam politely.

That was actually the longest sentence Oliver had said to him.

"Yes, the PE changing room."

Oliver nodded and began to follow Liam when he started walking again.

"Why are you two following us?" Liam turned to ask Sophie and Harry.

"I am going to get something from my locker." Harry answered and looked at Sophie who shrugged. "I'll just see you boys off and go live my boring life."

The four walked quietly before Harry asked Liam.

"So are you okay now?"

"What do you mean?"

"You looked like you were ready to kill someone this morning. And in class, you looked like shit!"

Liam shrugged. "I would have killed the son of a bitch if I had seen him or at least gotten a name."

"Relax, it was just a love letter." Sophie chipped in.

"From a dude!" Liam spat out while glaring daggers at her. "That is so disgusting." He scrunched up his nose. "I could not hold myself back from throwing up. And thanks to that bastard, my breakfast this morning went down the drain."

"Love is Love." Sophie continued.

Liam guessed she was deliberately trying to rile him up.

"Do not give me that bullshit Sophie. Men and Women. Women and Men. That is the only logical, rational, moral and NOT disgusting relationship. Man and Man? That is sick!"

"Tell me you have never jerked off to a lesbian porno before and I'll let you be." Sophie insisted and recieved another glare from Liam.

"You are gross."

"Why do you look guilty then?" Harry asked Liam in amusement.

Liam was about to retaliate when the new student spoke,

"Sorry, where... is the closest restroom?" Oliver interrupted the group of friends in a quiet voice. Harry was the first to point it to him so he said a quick "thanks" and left.

"Dude sure likes to say sorry a lot." Harry noted.

"Why does he look sick?" Sophie pointed out as they watched his retreating figure.

"You two should stop bothering him. He seems really introverted and your presence makes him uncomfortable." Liam said to the two.

"Really? You suddenly know how to worry about others?" Harry asked with a raised brow.

"I am not worrying about anyone you idiot. I would have felt uncomfortable with the two of you too. Especially Sophie."

"I'll stop asking them! Maybe I should stalk him after school?

"Sophie!" The two boys called at the same time.

"What? I need to write something about him before Emma beats me to it!"

"Do not be obsessive. In fact, let's go." Harry said and pulled her with him.

Liam waited there until the boy returned. He looked like he had washed him face and dried it. Above all, he looked really pale.

"Are you okay?" Liam asked. Normally, that didn't concern him but he didn't want the new kid to faint on him.

"Sorry if I took too long. And I'm good." Oliver answered without looking at him.

Liam concluded that he wasn't just introverted but also weird. When they went to test for a uniform for him, unlike other guys who simply stripped and changed wherever they were, he simply stood there with the uniform in hand, asking for a changing room. Liam was about to follow him inside when Oliver slammed the door and went in by himself to change.

"Annoying." Liam muttered to himself as he waited for the boy to come out.
