This is such a disappointment, for real. I've been looking for good Baki fanfic, and then I saw this. I was hoping that this fanfic would be great, but it turned out to be the biggest disappointment on the app.
Read a hundred chapters and can't read anymore. The story is all over the place with random flashbacks, Unknown pov's of people no one cares about and the reason I came here was for the epic fights. However, the fights were so damn boring and confusing I was forced to skip most of them to keep my sanity. MC's personality is so weird and unlikable. Author built up mc's revenge plot for so many chapters that I was excited for the revenge but the targets of revenge either killed themselves or were killed by someone else leaving the mc with his pants off and nothing to fk.
For the martial arts ff in baki's world there is awfully small amout of fights and their description in ff is.... pathetic. Author like to talk about martial art but dont like to act... MC is the same
Absolutely excellent story, character building and incredible fight scenes, but felt that a lot of character building was wasted with Xiao Li, I understand that as an author you need to keep reader attention so you have to succumb to reader pressure but still disappointing to see several chapters of character building wasted, I personally won’t be continuing but would very much like to say that you did incredible work as an author and hope the story continues strong.

Here is my review after reading the first volume. This story had a lot of potential at the beginning but it climaxed too early at the raitai tournament and even then it was a vague way of writing from that moment forward that had you confused. In short, you can tell where the passion disappeared. Give it a shot if you want to kill time but as for final evaluations, I think this should be rewritten.No hate for the author though as they seem very nice.
too much time spent on family and side character development it's a baki fanfic .the focus should always be martial arts .not when half the chapters are useless family interaction.

peak baki fanfic, the only complaint I have is that the female love interests are kind of annoying and somehow able to sneak up or even restrain the mc but that seems to be just for comedic value
i enjoyed it but had to drop it because i didn’t like the pairing but i might come back later when there more chapter and just read for the martial arts/fights they are good good luck hope you finish the story

I've deleted my previous review because I feel like I gave it a bit too low of a rating. The story is fine, but the beginning is an absolute slog. I also STILL absolutely hate the sister.She is an absolute annoyance. In the beginning, it focuses more on family, which I didn't really like. But in later chapters, this changes and becomes much much better as it focuses more on martial arts.
One of the best reincarnate stories based on Baki. Character Development is Peak. All in all a good read.
Very interesting system idea. It doesnt pick up bloodlines and powers like they are candies. Unique development. I also would like him to travel new worlds too outside Baki universe but I m curious to see what will Author too. Reading the bad reviews I thought this would be horrible, but it wasn’t bad at all. I’m even looking forward to more chapters.
man this has such potential i really hope u don’t end up like how the author of the jack hanma self insert went place yourself please and get to new jack arc i love your fic so far and see so much potential just please don’t burn out
