Ashland: Vol I

When Penelope's dad goes on an elongated work trip, she is forced to move with her aunt. She finds out a lot of things about herself while battling the new found lessons of commitment, friendship and relationships. All after meeting a particular group of friends.

While pushing their own limits and testing the bonds of their families and friends, this series of students at Ashland High find their own ways to deal with a wide array of issues, from homophobia, abuse, and violence to sexuality, dating, and heartbreak.

With buds of humor, angst and soul, the students of Ashland grapple with a series of "firsts" as they transition into adulthood.
