Capítulo 37: Ch 37: It does not sit well with me

"It feels so calming to come out here and enjoy nature. What do you think, Lisa? Do you like this place? We can go to another club if you want."

Lisa looked around the club with dead eyes.

She would not have felt half as afraid if she had not known about the supernatural side of the world.

However, it no longer felt safe because Lisa knew about the world. Each shadow felt like a potential threat, and somehow, the night sky looked darker than before, casting a more profound sense of fear.

The club was loud, but Lisa could not help but keep guessing who was human and who was not.

Her delusional mind kept on adding more detail to people around her until she could convince herself that they were not safe to be around.

"What is making you look so gloomy? No one here is out to get you so that you can relax. Here, have a drink! You are of age, right?"
