Capítulo 73: A Deal

Safira gulped.

A million different thoughts ran through her mind. Nymeria was silent because the woman and wolf had already made their decision.

She didn't hesitate. Safira straightened her back and agreed to the Moon Goddess' terms.

"A wolf for a wolf," she echoed.

"Safira! Are you serious? Think this through carefully, please," Moraina pleaded with her.

She knew how hard her life had been without a wolf. Surely she wouldn't want to return to that?

"Don't worry, she wouldn't be able to hear Nymeria anymore, but she would still have her wolf form. I said I would be fair and I meant it. The same conditions as Damien will be applied to you."

"I only have one more request."

"Speak your mind, Safira."

"I would like a few minutes to say goodbye to Nymeria."

Selene nodded, "Of course. Take as much time as you need."
