{T/N}:This is a fictional world so any resemblance from name to event are purely coincidencial.
I wrote this because I can see the author of this book has a tendency for discrimination, so take it as a parallel fictional world.
[T/N]: if you enjoy this translation pls don't forget to give us a power stone, or maybe something more. and don't forget to follow my other work tnx.

Honestly not a great book, Translations are fine, it isn’t MTL levels bad and it’s coherent but Translator leaves a lot of Chinese words such as using yuan instead of USD. Grammar is also weird sometimes. I can understand it because I’m already trained in reading poorly translated books but it might not be easy for others. Characters introduced feel 2 dimensional, generic arrogant guy or generic gold digger. Worse part is if an actor is introduced like Will Smith and he doesn’t talk differently from anyone else. He feels like a character that is named Will Smith, not actually Will Smith. The worst part about this book is the writing itself. It’s just not good, at all. Classic Chinese propaganda is laid out in almost every single chapter. Like every chapter. Just off the top of my head, I think in the first 5 chapters the MC describes Americans as condescending and arrogant (not arguing with that) and proceeds to be arrogant and condescending to people around him. Classic Chinese hypocrisy. Another review here said that the movies written that the MC is copying, doesn’t use the real names and yeah it’s true. Author might get the plot right but the title is so wrong I can’t even find the original movie. Don’t get me started on the racism, it’s blatant. Currently chapter 20, and MC is making a film for Black People because of racism or whatever. Anyway, here is a direct quote: “For black people what he learned from the news in his previous life was not a thing. 0 yuan purchase, violence, are their symbols.” If you don’t understand what he’s trying to say (trust me it took a while too) he’s saying Black People are broke and always violent. Classic Chinese Racism lol. That’s just one bit of the racism, author puts random racist metaphors and sayings like how a Chinese woman marrying a black guy lacks self love??? So yeah, it’s not good, I recommend not picking this up or just reading it for brain rot.
