Capítulo 249: The Exorcism of a Vampire Lord, Part 1

"I sense great evil beyond these doors," Malegant warned. 

Funny that he should say this when the great evil I'd encountered inside Vlad's treasure room was named Malegant Troyes. 

Even now, as I glanced sideways at my sword instructor, I couldn't unsee the monster he'd become. The same deviant who had ripped off one of Draken Darkholm's arms and had drunk Lieutenant Doyle dry right in front of my eyes.

My hands balled into fists. I couldn't help it. The sights of death and carnage were flashing in my mind now that I was a step away from the scene of the crime. 

"It's okay." Liara's hand enveloped mine. "It won't be like last time."
