Capítulo 70: Chapter 68
"Little kitten… Little kitten.."
Alex looked around him, unsure as to where the voice was coming from. It sounded like it's just nearby but he could not see anything or anyone around him.
Little Kitten.
Somehow he felt like the voice was calling for him. He felt so scared down to his bones hearing that stranger's voice. His body trembled in fear.
"Run Lenny… Run…" He heard another person's voice.
He didn't have any idea why but he just ran. He wanted to escape that stranger's voice. He wants to run away from here. Something inside him is telling him that he needed to run as fast as he could.
He ran and ran and somehow along the way he lost his shoes and he's now bare footed. Like always, he ended up in this long and dark alley. He felt so scared to walk in it as he's afraid that some monster would materialize any moment.
"Little Kitten… I'm coming for you." Alex heard the strange voice again, this time coming from behind him.
He looked around for anyone he could ask for helped but there's no one, not a single person around. Fearing the voice coming towards him, Alex bravely entered the dark alley he was so afraid to enter a while ago.
He ran so hard but the alley seemed to be endless. His legs are shaking and are about to give up but he still runs like his life depends on it.
As he was running, Alex caught a glimpse of movement from a trash bin a few meters ahead of him. He ran towards it and found a boy though he could not see his face, his vision seems blurry but he can see the boy is wounded.
"Little kitten… little kitten."
"Common we need to go. He's almost here, we need to get out of here." Alex said to the boy, as he tried to lift his wounded body. He doesn't know why but something inside him is telling him to keep the boy safe.
"Run Lenny… run…."
Alex cried, he pleaded for the boy to move but he didn't seem to understand him and surprisingly he could not muster enough strength to lift the boy as well.
A sudden burst of light materialized and he finally saw the end of the dark alley. At that moment, the boy disappeared. He stood up and headed towards the light. He saw a figure standing at the end, someone he knew.
"Keith!!!"

Alex woke up gasping for air. The dream he just had felt familiar and at the same time something has changed in the usual dream he used to have.
He opened his eyes in an unfamiliar room, his body aching all over. He was somehow surprised to find an IV drip on his left arm and his right arm on a cast. Then memories of Dwight pushing him and kissing and licking his body flooded through his mind. He was so caught up in these memories that he didn't realize there was someone sleeping on his bedside.
"Noooooo." Alex screamed, tears flowing down his face. "Bean… Bean, I'm sorry." He cried hysterically. He was so sure that something happened to his little Bean. He cried so hard thinking he failed to protect his child.
"Hey Alex, it's alright you're safe now." Keith, who woke up from Alex's sudden screaming, tried to calm his hysterical wife.
"Keith?" Alex stared at his husband whose presence he just noticed. "Keith, I'm sorry. Bean.. I couldn't.." Alex cried out as Keith held him in his arms.
"Bean is alright. You don't need to apologize. Shhh. It's alright." Keith said, trying to calm his wife.
"Bean… is alright?" Alex asked in between his tears.
"Yeah. I'm sorry. I should have been here beside you. If I didn't leave you alone this wouldn't happen." Keith apologized.
"Why did you leave me? I'm so scared. I really am. I was so scared for Bean. What if we lost Bean! We just named him Bean, we couldn't lose him." Alex wailed. He was so glad Bean was okay but knowing that the baby is fine makes him cry more.
"I know.. I'm sorry.." Keith whispered as Alex continued to cry his heart out. Since the Omega was still physically and mentally drained from the ordeal, it didn't take him long to fall back to sleep.
Keith spent the whole night mainly watching Alex sleep. He still could not get it out of his head all those "what ifs". He almost lost both his wife and child, all because of some bastard who thinks he could get away with anything because of his name and status.
"I will never forgive that asshole! I will make him suffer as well as his family who tolerated him." Keith vowed as he gently caressed his wife's sleeping face.
He was planning to ask Sid to gather information on Dwight but Colin already saw to it. The bodyguard has been perceptive in considering Dwight a threat that he asked Sid to investigate the bastard. Unfortunately, Colin didn't manage to anticipate Dwight's movement but luckily made it in time before anything grave happened to Alex.
Reading the report provided by Sid about Dwight made his blood boil. Keith clenched his bandaged fist too many times that the bandage got stained by blood again. The thirst to beat up Dwight with his own hands overpower the pain in his bloodied fist.
There were too many victims of Dwight's pervertness, ranging from verbal to physical abuse. Some ended up in the hospital for so long because apparently that bastard also has the tendency to beat up his sexual partner especially if they put up a fight.
Based on the report, most of the victims were Omegas and Sid even put a note that the list may not be a complete one. There could be some victims who were not able to step up and lodge a complaint against Dwight, though that seems futile as none of the complaints ever made it to trial and instead all got buried or settled off court. Dwight has never been charged all these time and it's all thanks to his family for indulging him. If Alex is not his wife, he might end up just like the rest of them, case unresolved or he might even be one of those nameless victims that didn't make it on the list known to the public.
That scum will regret the day he lay a hand on Alex. He will make sure there will be no more victims and that Dwight will never ever escape justice again. His family will never get the chance to use their money to silence someone again. He will make sure of it.
